A Quiet Place on a Beautiful Lake - 200ft Frontage

Pleasant Pond is a crystal clear 1,832-acre lake. Our log cabin is a dream come true for us. The location offers a cottage atmosphere, filled with as much activity as you want to do. The interior is a spacious chalet style offering, cathedral ceiling and a 13ft. stone fireplace (*see Note). The main floor contains a large living area and dinning room, which is just off the completely furnished kitchen. The master bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom. While the large inviting loft will easily sleep four adults. Off the main living area is the large deck, which overlooks the lake. The walk-in basement has a washer, dryer and more importantly fishing poles. We offer a new d-o-c-k from which you can fish or swim. On or by the dock take our Indian Main c-a-n-o-e or Wilderness k-a-y-a-k and explore the lake. Across the lake, you can rent a motor boat for the day or week. Fifteen minutes away enjoy a challenging and fun g-o-l-f course. In the evening, travel the back roads for moose watching, we saw one on the road to the camp. Dinnertime, try the g-r-i-l-l out on the deck. If you just want to stick around the camp, use the f-i-r-e p-i-t by the lake and listen to the loons. Another interest might be to watch one of our over 100 m-o-v-i-e-s and chill. Next day one could spend days at Baxter State Park (45min), or try white water rafting (1hr). At this time we aren't renting in the winter - as our road isn't plowed.

Fishing, boating, swimming, snorkeling/diving, waterskiing, golfing, white water rafting, many Restaurants in the area, Moose/Deer watching. In Canada (have Passport) is worlds longest covered bridge, also Grand Falls (2 Hours). Hiking in the woods, mountains or rock climbing, wildlife viewing - at Baxter state park. Movie theater, hopping, horseback riding. ATV trails, hunting, mountain biking etc. One of the best we have found to do is either sit on the pier or by the fire pit with your favorite refreshment and listen to the Loons and chill.


*Note - Because of Insurance regulations - our fireplace is not to be used. However the fire pit by the lake is fine to use. If question e-mail or call the owners.
