Description of the Isle of Palms vacation condo rental

5 Star luxurious OCEANFRONT condo! Top rated by local real estate company! Awesome Views!!! Step out on the deck and smell the ocean breeze! You are on the 2nd floor of an almost new (!) 7 years old, Isle of Palms (IOP), luxurious, oceanfront condo!

This 1140 Ocean Boulevard Condominium (no name to the building, the unit is #207) is in "downtown" Isle of Palms - within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and pubs.

Professionally decorated and is spacious - 1600 square feet!
The building has 24 units and an elevator.

Beds' Master Bedroom - king (oversized tub and separate shower, lg. entertainment center w/ TV/VCR w/ cable),

2nd BR - (Queen bed, TV/VCR w/ cable, double dresser, attached bath w/ shower);

3rd BR - (2 twins, TV/VCR w/ cable, entertainment center, closet w/ extra storage) - and they all have their own attached bathroom! There is a queen sofabed in the LR.

Beautiful Lexington furniture, wall to wall carpeting, a TV/VCR, and lots of storage enhance each bedroom.

The unit is very well equipped with all the pots and pans, dishes, linens, and utensils you will need.

Linens will be on the bed, clean and ready for your use. Towels are also included.

We have large mugs, heavy silverware, place mats, cloth napkins, and 12 spices! Also coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave oven and ice maker.

(We are very particular - we rented for 8 yrs. in IOP before owning - we were tired of mismatched dishes & silverware, tiny mugs, etc.)

The LR has two sofas (one with queen sofa bed), a huge easy chair, coffee table, a 27 inch TV with VCR/DVD, and the sounds of the ocean to relax you at the end of the day! All window treatments are custom. And, you are near everything - no car needed - no stress!

Why us' Easy! You rent a large, new condo for less than an older smaller condo from people who rented for eight years in Isle of Palms before buying - so we know what you want and we care! A credit card number will be taken as a damage deposit.

This was not our room, but same unit, I think.Room was beautiful and spacious, Would have like the ceiling fans to be cleaner, but everything else was fine
