Description of the Isle of Palms vacation home rental

Cozy beach cottage is located on the Isle of Palms, in Charleston, SC. It is approximately 3 minute walk to one of the southern states most beautiful beaches. A private pool allows some people to go to the beach while others rest at home by the pool. This pool can be heated during the cooler months of the year if renter agrees to fill up propane tanks, call to learn more. It is close to the marina where boating, kayaking, jetsking, parasailing,and fishing license can be obtained. Each of the 3 bedrooms contain King size beds, while the den has a queen sofa-bed and the sunroom also has a queen sofa-bed and bunk bed. Home sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The kitchen has recently been remodeled in all white, while the rest of the home decor reflects floral/tropical theme. Home has a plush tropical landscape with date palm and colorful annuals year round. There is a 2 car garage which houses a golf cart for quick beach access. It is only minutes from 2 renouned golf cources in Wild Dunes Resort/Golf. In addition, it is only 5 blocks to the community park/tennis courts on 25th Avenue. Rates vary according to season, so please feel free to call . Average weekly rate is $1800.

Isle of Palms is approximately 15 minutes to downtown historic Charleston where one can view the Battery, Rainbow Row, the old Slave Market, the Hunley, the Aquarium and numerous restaurants, shops, art/musuesums. It is only 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, where one can visit Boone Hall Plantation, Charleston County waterpark, shops, theaters, and other local attractions. Depending on the time of year Charleston is full of activities such as: Spoleto, Shrimp/Crab Festival, Taste of Charleston, Biker's Week,

The house was very clean and very roomy! I liked the openess in the living area a lot. The king size beds were very comfortable. Not having to bring linens was great - and there were plenty of pillows!! Having the pool and the golf cart was great! Very nice owners to deal with!  more...

Had a great time. Cottage was very clean & comfortable. Glad I didn't have to bring linens. Could improve refrigerator- no ice maker, so we bought a couple of bags of ice. Loved having golf cartfor quick trips to beach/marina. Would highly recommend.  more...
