Description of the Isle of Palms vacation home rental

A single family home with a bright open floor plan on two levels. Dual Master bedrooms one upstairs and one down stairs. Large kitchen with new carpets and windows. Newly Finished Hardwood floors. A large screened in back porch with ceiling fans and deck for convenient barbecue allows for large families to enjoy informal dinning. The home has a a two car garage. Easy walking distance to IOP Marina (1 block) and the beach (3 blocks). 10 miles to Charleston.

We ask for a 3 night minimum stay.

Area Information

A perfect location for swimming at the beach, biking along flat terrian and fishing, water sports and boating on the Intercoastal Waterway. For golfers the Wild Dunes Links and Harbor Course on IOP offer distinctive challenges - one along the ocean and one along the Intercoastal Waterway.

There was about 9 of us and the house was perfect! It was clean, up to date, and even had towels to use. The house was a block from the beach, 20-30 min from downtown Charleston and 5-10 min walk from a convenient store and cafe. I would defiantly come back and recommend to friends and family.

Bachlorette Weekend

I came out here with a group of 9 other girls for a bachlorette get away. Great house....stocked with everything you will need to be comfortable and have an awesome stay in the Isle of Palms. Neighbors (property managers) were super helpful. Close enough to Charkeston to have a night out on the town. Will definitely be back for a full week next time because we didn't want to leave : )

Great Place for Our Large Group

This house was great for our large group of 11 people. Only 3 blocks from the beach and quiet. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for us and any questions or problems we had were immediately addressed by the property manager who lives next door. Carol answered all of our questions promptly before we went on our trip. We loved the open floor plan on the main floor with the large kitchen, small play room for the kids, and larger family room for the adults to use. There was a large round table in the kitchen we had fun playing games on. We would definitely consider staying here again if we had another large group of people!

Perfect House for Weekend Getaway

We rented this house for a recent weekend getaway. We had 6 people in our party. The house was just as promised- spacious, quiet, plenty of room. The walk to th beach was not bad at all. The grill came in handy as we cooked almost every meal- very nice kitchen. This house is far enough down the IOP strip that you will avoid mass hysteria on the beach. The closer you get to center of IOP the more people you'll see. I would highly recommend this house and we will definitiely be staying there again our next trip to Charleston.

This house is in a great location. Plenty of room for our whole family of 8. Beds were very comfortable. Ample room to move and not trip on each other. The kitchen comes well equipped. It is overall a great place to stay on IOP!

Peaceful vacation

The home is everything listed in the ad plus more. The neighbors were very hospitable as well as the owners. The A/C was not working on the 2nd floor when we arrived but once we discussed it with the owner, the A/C was promptly fixed. The fridge was even stocked with some of the essentials. The home is within walking distance from great food, IOP Marina and beach access. It was the best vacation we had in a long time!
