We arrived the day after Christmas. The check in process was very quick and friendly. The room was a decent room. I expected a little more modern but all in all it was nice. The pool area was pleasant and I really enjoyed the outdoor pool. My best time was soent skating on the pond and by the bonfires. One night we ahd to shovel the snow from the pond to skate and there was no fire but we managed. The game room door was broken and kept flying open in the wind causing any heat that was in there to disappear quickly. The posting was that te game room was open until 10pm nightly. We went to play games several times and the doors were locked at 9pm. There were also no balls to play ping pong, we had to supply our own. The game room was our biggest dissapointment. We were very close to good skiing and to Nesstlenook Farms. Had to drive somewhat to get groceries and dinner. The checkout process was also good. I felt the price for the room was high for what we got in ammenities and service. The room above us had a dog that ran the floor and barked all night long. This was very annoying. I feel this should be a pet free resort or at least put all the pet owners in one area to respect those that dont bring pets on vacation. Every morning I walked outside to a surprise that the dog upstairs had left for us. The owners didn't have the respect to clean up after their own dog. Not a bad resort if you need somewhere to stay, but there are better for less.

We had a great time at your place and everything was great. Very Clean place and close to Pools, ponds, pavilion, tennis courts. The owners were very easy to work with and were very organized. I highly recommend this place. As a first time user of VBRO, i was skeptical, but in the end everything worked out better than i could imagine and was very pleased. My kids are looking forward to renting from them next year. Nordic Village is a very fun place for all, kids love BOBO the clown and roasting marshmellows at the bonfire. And this unit was great, nice backyard, nice patio and spacious and clean inside.

These folks are running some kind of scam. We were contacted the night before we were to drive to North Conway and check in, and were told there were plumbing problems with the unit and that we could not have it. They lied to us about not knowing about the problem sooner. Left with no other alternatives (2 very young children who had been looking forward to the trip for months), we had to book another place in Nordic Village for considerably more than their place, but we had absolutely no choice. We were told we would get a full refund, but it has been almost 2 weeks with no refund. They also have ignored all of our calls and emails checking on the status of the refund. Cindy actually told me that it was processed, but when I checked with both PayPal and Amex, there was NO pending refund. Stay far, far away from these folks.

Our experience with the Condo owners was absolutely 5 stars. They were very thorough and attentive. The facilities overall were really great. The indoor pool area was immaculate and really beautiful, however, some of the outdoor pools/pool area needs a bit of repair work and sprucing up but overall the pool itself was clean. We also went early in the season so perhaps they had not really finished preparing the pool area for the season. Our condo was very nice, but the the maid service could have done a more thorough job of cleaning before we arrived. The toilets needed more thorough cleaning around the bowl and surrounding floor (I just cleaned it up myself..perhaps an oversight as the tubs and sinks were very clean) and a bit dusty in some places, but overall it was clean and neat. I think having 8 people in here would be crowded as the main dining and living room area is small and only seats six. We had 4 adults and two small children and it was just right for us

We stayed at Nordic Village for a ski weekend in March. We had a one-bedroom condo that was lovely with the backyard looking over the mountains, a gas fireplace, and jacuzzi tub. The apartment was clean and warm and quiet. We were only minutes away from many of the ski resorts (we skied at Wildcat - up Rte 16 only a few miles). I would definitely stay at Nordic Village again and have already recommended it to friends. We had a lovely stay.

Nice place, but that is where it ends. Cindy is $1200.00 late on condo fees therefore you are not allowed to use any of the amenities that she charges extra for (pools, fitness center and access to main gate) Cindy has promised several times to return my security deposit, telling me that she is mailing the check and now 60 days later still no check. She does not return any calls, if you can leave a message on her full voice mail and is no longer replying to my e-mails. DO NOT RENT from this site.
We had a wonderful time. Condo was great and what a beautiful place to spend a few days--or more if you are able.A bear greeted us from our parking lot on our arrival and stood still for a shot--(with a camera)and then took off to be seen no more. The foliage was perfect and so was the weather.Would like to do it again some day.

Cindy and John are very professional in renting the unit, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. The unit is very nice, and Nordic Village has a lot to offer both for the adults and our young children. We loved the 3 pools, and our girls loved bathing in the Jacuzzi tub. The location is great for going to Story Land, and it was a pleasant scenic drive to North Conway and Attitash. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Cindy and John's condo is in a fabulous location, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. We rented both 'A' and 'B'. (ideal if you are travelling with teenagers!) Nordic Village is beautifully laid out, very scenic views all around. The boys loved the pools and we had a few games of tennis also. The highlight for my 14 yr old was coming face to face with the local bears!!! The condos are spacious and the spa baths in each one are an added bonus. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nordic Village and Cindy and John's condo in particular as an ideal family vacation destination!!

We had a wonderful stay. Condo is beautiful with the most amazing views. Perfect location for all activities(Story Land, Santas Village, Jackson Falls, shopping). One of the few places in area with AC...definitely need our week with each day over 90. This condo is highly recommended.

We had a great time. Very relaxing. Such a nice view from your condo!! Your place is beautiful, very nicely furnished. Meet our needs perfectly. Perhaps I will talk to you again next year. We usually take a trip once (sometimes twice) a year to ski country. Thanks & take care, Gail

I love to travel and book my stays in homes rather than hotels to have a more comfortable home style stay where ever I go. This condo in lovely Jackson, NH is just great! Very convenient to all the attractions overlooking the mountains very warm and comfy, bring your bubble bath for the tub! Each time Iv'e had to pack to leave It would have been much easier for me to stay, pour another cup of tea and just sit back and relax and do it all over again. Who needs a spa? Great pool, great views, great home!

We had a wonderful time in Jackson and absolutely would love to go back. We talked about it on our way home. Your place was just right for us, and we loved the HDTV with the big screen. We certainly can see why you chose this site. We had dinner at the Bernerhof Inn and bascially had the place to ourselves. It was a great experience!!! We signed your guest book as the Winns(my husband's name) in case you are wondering. Thanks so much for your friendliness and making this experience so enjoyable. All our best to you and your family for the new year. Corinne Broderick
Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your condo in Nordic. I ve already recommended you to several friends and were looking forward again to another trip at some point this spring! Thanks again Kevin
We would like to thank you again for a fantastic week at your clean and warm mountain home. The house setup was perfect for us and the boys could not get enough of that giant HDTV and jacuzzi. They also loved the pools, arcade and playing ping- pong. Skiing at Wildcat and Bretton Woods was perfect! Sunny and in the upper 40's. Our snow mobiling day was a super day too! Couldn't have been any more beautiful. Your dining suggestions were excellent...especially the romantic Stonehouse Manor for our one evening out alone. ooo-la-laaaa....deeee-lioush! We will come back in the summer next time so we can see the bears and moose! They must have still been sleeping! Only one porcupine and a hyper chipmunk this time. Thanks again! Warm regards, Stacey, John, Jonathon and Christian
