Great Place To Stay!

The condo was very nice and modern. The beach view was relaxing. It is very convient to the Mayo Clinic. The condo has an elevator which was exactly what I needed. I would highly reccommend this stay for anyone!!!

The pictures don't do this place justice. Great location, fabulous owners, steps from the ocean. I highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again. I'll never stay in a hotel again. Thanks for your hospitality!

enjoyed a nice stay at jax beach. accomodation was very nice good people to work with. everything needed was available in the codo unit. climbing to the third level was good exercise. access to the beach is convenient. we would be pleased to return.

We stayed at JAX Beach in the Beachcomber apartments. We had a nice 1 bedroom uinit, newly decorated in our favorite colors. There was everything we required provided, including a stacking washer/dryer. We were so close to the beach we could hear the surf when the door to the balcony was open. We could see the surf also and if one comes from Canada in the winter months, this is very important. Unfortunately, the South did not escape the winter weather and for the first half of Feb it was chilly. The second half was nice with sun most days. There are lots of nearby eating places and the local folks were very friendly. It was a good month.

We really enjoyed our stay, very convenient to just about everything. We had a great time. We are excited to come back again. Only down fall was that it could have had more of a comfortable mattress on the bed and a little bit more decor. :)

This condo unit while small has all of the space needed for 4 people. Balcony DOES provide a reasonable view of the ocean and was enjoyed be my wife and I. Kitchen and clothes washing facilities were good and the bathroom was good. I would not hesitate in sending a friend to this address- or even someone I did not like. Well worth staying here.

We enjoyed our month at this condo. The location is great...only about a one minute walk to the beach. You can sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean. The inside of the condo is very clean and has been updated with new paint, and is nicely decorated. It was very comfortable for two people. The owner met us to explain everything, and left a basket of goodies (snacks, tea, coffee, etc.) The condo was well equipped with appliances, dishes, linens, washer/dryer.

Great beach front location. Your on the beach in a matter of 2 minutes once you step out the door. Within walking distance to great restaurants and beach walk shops. Publix & Walmart within a couple of miles drive. Very CLEAN condo. The owners are very accommodating and left us a wonderful welcome basket of goodies. We loved the layout of the condo. Ideal setting for two. Would definitely rent this condo again in the future if in the Jacksonville Beach area!
