Family reunions or just for two, you can enjoy this Key West Style Oceanview 3-story Townhome. The locals call this "The Pineapple House". Easy stroll to the waves, take home sea shells and sun-filled memories. Our Townhome offers a cozy cottage setting, yet it has enough room to sleep 8. There is a beaufiful upstairs master bedroom looking down on the ocean with its own private balcony. The masterbath has a jacuzzi and large rain showerhead. There is a great downstairs with its own full bedroom, a private shower and bathroom and a living room with TV. Some people call this the in-law suite, we call it the grandkids sleepover room. This leads out to a gorgeous landscaped backyard for grilling fish or steaks. Gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, gas oven and stove, granite tops with 42 inch cabinets is located off the family room on the second floor. This quaint place is loaded with amenities for your comforts. Have lazy days just relaxing on the front porch while sipping lemonade. So, no worries "mon", just sit back and get on "island time." We are also a pet friendly rental.

The pineapple house is great. It is located just across the street from the beach (and a public access) in a great part of Jax Beach. The house is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Marla the owner is great to work with. Enjoy your stay (We hope to again some day in the future).

My family and I had the precious opportunity of staying at the gorgeous Oceanview Townhome #29296, in Jacksonville Beach Fla. from November 29, 2007 to December 2, 2007. The Townhome was excellent. It accommdated 8 adults very easily, and was very well decorated. It easy to access from I-95 and was centrally located to most attractions, including shopping venues. Golf Courses were nearby in almost every direction you wished to travel, which made it easy to book Tee times in the morning and evening each day at different courses. I would highly recommend this townhome and the Jacksonville Beach area for those who like golfing, shopping and staying in an immaculate facility. I cannot think of any negative to mention relative to this rental.
