This beautifully / immaculate Baymeadows (just East of 9A) 3BR/2BA Condominium is located within a gated community in an upscale Southside neighborhood, backed by acres of forest. Gourmet kitchen with long bar with sitting for 4, high-end kitchen accessories, 45" Flat screen TV/DVD, custom furnishings, high speed and wireless Internet, TV in two bedrooms.
The workout facilities are limited to treadmill, ecliptical machine, and stationary bikes, plus free weights. There are two lakes and the entire area is great for walking, biking, roller blading. Beautiful pool overlooks one of the two lakes.
Both main bedrooms with queen-size beds, and third bedroom has a twin bed and a desk. In unit washer and dryer, plush carpet, and tile kitchen and baths. A screened in balcony with four chairs and table for your relaxing pleasure.
CREDIT CARDS -- We can accept Visa or Mastercard via PayPal
with 4% rate increase.
MAID SERVICE -- We can provide weekly or monthly maid service for an additional fee.

This area is very relaxed and convinient to most everything Jacksonville has to offer, in an otherwise extremely busy city.
The condo is only minutes from the high-end shopping at St. John's Town Center, great dining like Outback Steakhouse, Cheesecake Factory, P. F. Chang's, Carabbas Italian restaurant and many others just minutes away. Grocery stores 1/2 mile. Also nearby are large Corporations such as The Mayo Clinic, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allstate, Bank of America, American Express, and The University of North Florida to name a few. Only 15 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Alltel Stadium, 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine, 10 minutes from downtown, 40 minutes from the airport.
