Vacation Rental Description
Macaw’s Ocean Club condominium is a 24 unit development. Four separate buildings containing six units in each building. The visual architecture is inspired by Mediterranean and Tuscan styles, complementing the surrounding mountains and ocean.
The luxurious common areas include: courtyard pool, gas grills with dining area, poolside restroom facilities and sidewalks surrounded by lush tropical garden landscaping.
Area Description
The town of Jaco is located on the Central Pacific coast, approximately an hour and 30 minutes from Juan Santamaria International Airport (San José). Jaco’s close proximity to the airport and the capital city of San Jose.
The year around population of residents in Jaco is between five and 6 thousand people, although tourism swells the population to over twenty thousand during peak months of the year. Boating and fishing are among the most popular tourist attractions with Central America’s best marina located just 10 minutes outside Jaco.
