The Village is the latest condo resort in Jaco Beach Costa Rica. Designed and built to be a collection of villa-style units, instead of a monolithic and sterile apartment complex, it takes full advantage of it beachfront location and the Costa Rican lifestyle.
Getting to Jaco Beach Village is easy. We'll arrange ground transporation transfers and will even arrange to have a rental car waiting upon your arrival, or if you prefer, to have you driven to your favorite spots.
All vacation rentals are fully-equipped, so all you need are your clothes and toiletries; we even can supply the surfboards and other water sports equipment.
We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos.

Area Description

Its location, the very best of Jaco Beach, will put you at a shell's throw of extra-wide beaches and perfect surf, within walking distance from the best restaurants, shopping at the new mall and the best galleries and boutiques. Jaco Beach is only a two-hour drive from the ultra-modern San Jose airport. Comfortable bus service to Jaco Beach is available. Jaco Beach is centrally located near the Costa Rican rainforest and close to the golf links and deep-water yachting center at Playa Herradura. Besides excellent surfing, Jaco Beach offers a wide variety of activities and great places to eat and drink.
