Manuel Antonio National Park is just 45 minutes away. Los Suenos Marriott Resort and Marina is 15 minutes away.

This 1000 square foot beach cottage is sure to please with spectacular views from both the front and back balconies and just a one minute walk to the beach. The house has two cozy bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six.

You will feel right at home in the quaint resort community of Hermosa Bungalows, where the neighbors are like family. Hermosa Bungalows is a gated and secure community. After a day of fun and sun relax in the refreshing pool or hangout at the tiki bar.

We travel to the beach house several times a year to make sure everything is in tip top shape and that our guest will have a wonderful vacation.

Lodging Tax: 0%
Deposits: A $100 refundable security deposit is required at check in and returned at check out. Half the rental rate is required one month prior to arrival and the other half is due two weeks prior to arrival.

We just wanted to let you know what a fun time we had staying at your place. The house is beautiful, has very nice amenities, and is decorated beautifully to boot! The waves were great for surfing; and we were really close to Jaco, where the waves were calm enough for the kids to boogie board. I ran barefoot on the beach every morning, and it was so nice just to walk across the street and be able to do that. We also went hiking in Manuel Antonio Park and horseback riding while we were there, It's a convenient location, but still remote enough that it had a nice secluded feeling. We also found the locals to be friendly and helpful everywhere. We'll definitely go back in the near future. Anyway, thanks again! Bridgett Leslie 3-23-2006
