This six year old vacation home is immaculate, complete with hardwood floors throughout. The attractive décor and relaxed atmosphere provide an ideal setting for the perfect family vacation. There are three bedrooms to choose from: a spacious master bedroom with a private bath, a queen guest room and a double bunk guest room, with a second full bath convenient to both guest rooms and guests alike. The living room and master bedroom have cable television. The home is completely furnished, which also includes linens, dishes and cooking utensils, coffee maker, pots & pans, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, central air/heat, microwave,

Outside you will find a large deck and plenty of comfortable seating, plus a large covered patio area downstairs complete with picnic tables and a swing - perfect for barbeques or just hanging out. New for 2015, we have screened in the deck to have a great place to lounge without the bother of pesky mosquitos.

There is a marina and boat dock in Jamaica Beach for easy access to the bay for fishing or skiing. A swimming pool for the subdivision is open. The charge is $5 per day for anyone 7 or older.

Great stay at a good house!

Our correspondence with the owners went very well leading up to the stay. It was an inconvenience to have to go to our bank to send required cashier's check, for both deposit and final payment. I would think that the allotted time before we occupied the house supplied plenty of time for personal checks to clear. Other than that small thorn, we had a great stay in a very well maintained house that is within walking distance to Jamaica Beach. We are keeping the owners information for possible repeat stay next year. Very good experience!! Jack Rhodes

Personal checks are not accepted because some cases they take very long to clear the bank we may consider personal checks in the future but the confirmation of the reservation will not take place until the check clears this could cause this person tonight get their desired reservation because someone sends in a cashiers check and the house will be rented before the personal check clears

My family and I had a great time staying at this house. The home is lovely and spacious. The beach is in close proximity which made it extra nice. The rental process was easy. Had I needed the owners during the stay, I'm sure they would have responded quickly.

Walking distance to the beach, nice well kept home in quiet neighborhood, about 20 minutes from the seawall in Galveston. You will have a nice time! Owners are nice to deal with.

Q: Do you have a minimum night stay requirement?
A: YES - Please see the minimum night requirement to the right of the applicable rate based on your desired dates. During the summer, there is a 5 NIGHT MINIMUM stay requirement. Exceptions may be available depending on the season.
Q: Which nights are considered Weekend Nights?
A: Friday and Saturday night are charged at our Weekend Rates.
Q: How many nights are included in the Weekly Rate?
A: The weekly rate includes 7 nights for your stay. Weekly stays usually start on Friday 4:00pm and end on Saturday 10:00am. We may be able to accommodate other start dates. Let us know what you need and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
Q: Can I Check-In or Check-Out on a Saturday?
A: Normal rentals start on Sunday through Friday and end on Sunday through Friday. Exceptions are made based on the length of stay and season. Tell us the specifics of your desired stay and we will see what we can do.
Q: What about Sunday Check-In?
A: Depending on availability, you are welcome to check-in on Sunday after 4:00pm.
Q: Do you offer Early Check-In?
A: As a norm, No, we cannot offer an early check-in. In rare cases, you may be able to access the property earlier in the day - it just depends on the prior reservation and if the property has been properly readied for your arrival in time. Our normal check-in time is 4:00pm.
Q: What about Late Check-Out?
A: There is a small window of time in which to ready the property for the next guests, so we are not usually able to accommodate late check-out. While you are always welcome to stay longer and enjoy the Island, late check-out is not available unless you are paying for the night, in which case you would have until 10:00am the following morning to vacate.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We are once again set up to accept credit cards for payments. There is a 3% fee added for this convenience.
Q: When will my security and damage deposit be refunded?
A: Within 2 weeks of the end of your stay. If the entire amount is not refunded, an explanation will be provided.
