"Greenwood Villa" is a venue for the very discerning. The property is a beautiful woodland finca Situated within a Park on the peninsula overlooking Javea Port. The property has an excellent heated pool, Large Canadian hot tub,(temp. 38 deg. C. ), sauna and garden gymnasium. We also have mountain bike hire and airport collection for an additional fee. Although located in a rural environment it is only a few minute’s drive to central Javea and the main Arenal beach! !

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a small refrigerator.

Our superior guest doubles have en suite facilities, TV & DVD and our more economical family room has a separate bathroom.

There is a self-catering facility to make our guests holidays even more economical.

"greenwood Villa" is located close to the sea and within the 2000 Park area of Javea. There are many woodland and cliff top walks which are clearly marked and trails straight from the door, even a mountain to climb, with spectacular views from the summit. The winter climate is ideal while springtime is also very beautiful in this area with many species of wild flowers not to be found elsewhere.

Summer is also a wonderful time where you can escape the crowds of the resorts and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this woodland haven.

To the outside of the property there is the poolside open naya with gas barbecue. This area is often used for summer outside dining and entertaining. There is also a fabulous private heated swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna. There are poolside sun loungers, large gardens with fruit trees and entertainment areas including the bedroom balcony.

B&B is available year round. (We are closed during the Christmas period however).

Guest doubles have en suites, The family room sleeps 2 – 4 and is priced accordingly. Out of season we offer singles a special rate. We have good food. (Dinner if required at reasonable prices inc. Wine This property is therefore an ideal base for walking on the beach or cliff tops, climbing, golfing, house hunting or just a lazy pampered winter break including a healthy breakfast and all for just 55 -80 Euros per room per night! ! That is from 20 Euros per person per night! Or let us quote you for a full board break including airport collection and bicycle hire for when you get here.

Area Description

Javea is a place of many contrasts. An old town and commercial centres, The arenal beach fringed with palm trees and golden sands and wild rugged cliffs and bays of outstanding beauty. Greenwood Villa is closest to the port area which has a fishing fleet, marina, excellent restaurants, bars and interesting shops. There is also a promenade. greenwood Villa is situated high above the port on the peninsula close to the San Antonio lighthouse.
Because of it's sheltered location within the park The Hideaway enjoys a year round mild climate, just right for a little winter sun and in summer having the benefit of shade for that perfect summer temperature.
Javea lies at the head of the Jalon Valley with a rugged mountain range beyond. A walk from Greenwood Villa will take your breath away with unrivalled scenery along cliff tops, with views to Ibiza, (55 miles distant) and the coastline stretching all the way to Valencia in the North and Calpe to the South, and our local mountain The Montgo as a backdrop.

We are located within a coastal park of outstanding beauty. There are cliff top, forest and mountain walks from the door. Situated on the peninsula aboave Javea Port.
