Very nice chalet

“ Excellent ”
February 5, 2014
This chalet was very spacious and was great for the kids. The upstairs loft has normal stairs and is comfortable. The location was quiet but very close to Jay Peak and the village. We were there during the "polar vortex" and found the chalet to be well insulated. There was a little problem with the bathtub when we filled it - there was leak to the downstairs, we called management about it and there was no further issue. Sarah who manages the chalet was very nice.

Footsteps from the beach!!

“ Excellent ”
August 16, 2011
We enjoyed our stay at this Tropical Beach Retreat! Large 1 bedroom condo with all the amenities needed when planning to spend most of your time on the beautiful Hollywood Beach which is literally steps away!!!!Would definitely rent again! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because one of the neighbors is a heavy smoker, and the hallways from both entrances reflect the heavy smoking! Luckily the apartment itself is clean, and smoke free, but to get up the stairs to the apartment you have to deal with it, for those with sensitive noses, you may have an issue. Outside of that minor fact, a wonderful place, great price, and *perfect* location on the boardwalk!
