Description of the Jay Peak vacation chalet rental

Newly built green modern home set on private land nestled in the woods and less than 3 miles to Jay Peak resort! Three bedrooms, two queen beds and a bunk room with a double bed. Large living room and dinning area with wood stove, radiant concrete floors, cathedral ceilings and large windows that let in lots of natural light. Kitchen has all the amenities and a gas range. TV with DVD player, no cable. Large walkin mud room. Great getaway Chalet for skiing, riding, snowmobiling( VAST trails close by), snow shoing- all your winter sports!

Area Information

Jay peak resort less than 3 miles, which offers skiing/riding, hockey, ice skating, indoor water park, spa's and golf in the summer!

Jay Village 1 mile, with the Jay Country store, Jay village inn & restaurant, Cedar Woods restaurant and Inspired Yoga studio and Message Therapy Center.

25 minutes to Newport City

10 Minutes to The Belfry restaurant towards Montgomery Center

20 minutes to Montgomery center with more shops & Restaurants!

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time at Jack's Chalet. It was cozy, quiet and a perfect place to settle in after a day of skiing. We were very happy with the service we recieved and would rent this home again.

Great chalet. The place was beautiful, large, and close to the hill (about a give minute drive). I would definitely recommend the place to anyone doing a trip to the Jay Peak area, it couldn't have been better. The owner was really helpful.

Words cannot describe the beauty of this house and its surroundings. Since we first rented it last summer for a month, two of our daughters have rented it this summer and we have rented it again. It is truly a wonderful house and the amenities are first class. The river is most enjoyable and the property is fully equipped with canoe, life jackets, etc. The owners are very accommodating and we have never had any problems. We hope to vacation there for many years to come
