Description of the Jensen Beach vacation home rental

This is a really clean and well-kept waterfront vacation home. It is on a 1 acre lot with 50 ft of frontage on the Inter coastal. There is an attached 2 car garage and paved drive. It has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds an and an office with a full sized Murphy bed (bed in wall cabinet). There is a screened patio where you can smoke - neatly please! Beautiful Beaches with lifeguards less than 10 minutes away! One hour to West Palm Beach/ two hours to Orlando. You can fish in the river right from the house. This is a private home - not a park, condo or gated community where there might be age restrictions or strict rules. There are many choices for dining within minutes of the house - for fine dining I highly recommend Peter's Steakhouse or the Dolphin Bar and Grill. Fishing tours, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. all within minutes - get a rental car with GPS even though everything is close by, it makes everything so much easier! The house is tastefully decorated and has plenty of bedding, dishes/cookware, towels, beach chairs and umbrella,some beach toys, etc. Please be respectful and return things and take good care of them. If the school vacations are booked, how about a long weekend -The flights probably won't be as expensive!

Area Description

Jensen Beach is a really quaint little town. Boat rentals, fishing tours, restaurants, shopping - Thursday night is Jam'n Jensen Night with live music on the street, street venders, sometimes they have mimes blowing bubbles and things like that. Jensen Beach Park has beautiful beaches with aqua-blue water and fun waves. There are lifeguards there and a snack bar, etc.

Orlando theme parks are only 2 hours away - the kids will sleep on the way home!
