HOLIDAY FLAT, VACATION HOME,15 MINUTES drive FROM jERUSALEM, SHORT STAY, SERVICED APARTMENT - in MEVASERET ZION - 15 minutes from Jerusalem Old City; 10 minutes from Hadassa Hospital and University Medical School; 40 minutes from Tel Aviv -an oasis of beauty and tranquility. Stylish, designed and built by the owner/architect. 100sq. feet open-space studio flat.
Appartment is offered either as a holiday home, or as a serviced unit for short periods - from 4 NIGHTS to 3-4 MONTHS.
50$ PER NIGHT; 300$ PER WEEK; monthly rate to be agreed upon with tenent; 50$ per WEEK for heating from November - April.
The flat is fully furnished and fully equipped; fresh linen is provided weekly; laundry service (but not ironing) is available for extra charge.Suitable for a single person, possibly a couple, but not for children.

Both houses are entirely built of the stone quarried in the plot itself in the process of excavating their foundations. The plants in the garden were strictly selected from the local flora & fauna saving water as much as possible.
At the moment the ground floor studio flat in the recently built house is available.

Public Transport - bus stop with frequent buses to Jerusalem city centre and central bus station is just outside the entrance gate.

Mevaseret Zion is just off the main highway connecting Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. It is a quiet hilly suburbia only short distance from many attractions and places of interest - in addition to those inside the Old City of Jerusalem.
