Located on Ma'Agalei Yavne Street,this completely refurbished and lovely apartment can sleep up to 9 people. The apartment has everything including central airconditioning/ heat, wireless internet, satellite TV, washer and dryer, beautiful fully equipped cherry wood kitchen with oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, pots and pans. Shabbat hot plate, Shabbat clock, kosher dishes and utensils available upon request. Quiet street with on- street free parking. Populated by many Anglos and native Israeli families, the street is an 8 minute walk to trendy Emek Refaim Street, with its upscale shops and restaurants. It's a 6 minute walk to lovely Hadar Mall in Talpiot with cafes,supermarket, pharmacy, book store and many other stores and services. It is walking distance to the German Colony, Baka, and Matan and Pardes Jewish Learning Centers.
Great public transportation (buses and taxis) to all points in the city including Downtown Jerusalem, central bus station, the Old City, Malcha Mall, the Biblical Zoo etc. Many local synagogues in the area. Short order restaurants and services located at the end of the street. Cleaning services available. Arrangements for tourist guides, medical referrals, office supplies, and other needs or amenities.

Location

The location is very convenient, with an 8 minute walk to upscale Emek Refaim Street with its restaurants and shops, a 6 minute shortcut to the Hadar Mall (a very nice mall) with a large supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shops, bookstore, and various clothing stores. Bus stops to city center, the central bus station, Malcha Mall and many other places in Jerusalem, are close by. Short order restaurants, cleaners, beauty parlors, vegetable markets and small stores offering a variety of things, abound in the area. Taxis are also easily available. There is plenty of free on street parking. The street is quiet, and the residents are a colorful mix of young married couples, and older people who have lived there for a long time. Our section of the building has several young couples, an English woman in her fifties, a widow with a 7 year old boy, and an older couple who live on the top floor.
We are also within walking distance to the Matan Women's Learning Center, and Pardes Jewish Studies Program.
The actual street name is Ma"Aglei Yavne Street. It is one block south of where Emek Refaim Street meets General Pierre Konig Street. Hence the area is convenient to Emek refaim, Baka, German Colony, Greek Colony and Talpiot
