Very nice one room flat in a quiet area of Jerusalem. With a private entrance and a small private garden.10 min from downtown and walking distance from the Israel Museum.

Area Description

Shimoni street is between Herzog boulevard and Tchernikovsky steet. It is a nice residential area at the border of Rehavia, not far from the center of town. 10 min drive to the old city.
With two small commercial centers around and the Jerusalem Malcha Mall ten minutes drive away. Recommanded for business or vacation. Ideal for a couple.

While little was expected this flat was ideal for our needs. We didn't expect to spend much time at the flat. Francoise was a little remiss with lightbulbs but, otherwise a fine host. More than worth the price!

The owner is very nice, friendly, and helpful women. The appartment has everything necessary, including kitchen facilities, TV with satelite, heating, hot water, etc. Location is very good, as it is quite district and the bus stop is only 5 min by foot. Recommend to everybody!
