The studio is located in the Shikun Rasko neighborhood of Jerusalem. It is quite spacious, located within a couple of minute walk from bus 22, a 5 minute walk to a pizza store and a 10 minute walk to a nice kosher Italian restaurant. All the amenities in the apartment worked fine, including the heat. The owner spoke perfect English and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The price was very competitive for this time of year. Highly recommend it.

Rental is located on a quiet street, with a wonderful owner. Spacious for a studio. Located close to a major bus routes to many points of interest. Recomended rental, and will rent again.

It's a very nice apartment, with a great place to sit outside for breakfast. You can reach the (old) city cheap by bus (10 minutes with lines 32 and 19).

If you really want to feel what it is like to live in Jerusalem without having to take a 6 months course of Hebrew in ulpan first, stay here. Just a very short walk to the local store, bank, bus stop and Synagogue. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and speaks English. A very large welcoming community of Anglo English speakers will invite you over for a Shabbos meal or tea anytime. The cool floor tiles of the apartment are great after a long day of walking and shopping. Just a bus away from the Central Bus Station, the Kottel and the malls. Walking distance to the Museums, and the Knesset. If you like to cook and enjoy,real food this is the place to stay. The internet was great.

My parents I have wanted to visit the Holy Land for years on a pilgrimage and it was our dream come true when we could stay so close to the old city of Jerusalem at #38449. Francoise has a very comfortable apartment with a separate entrance and she is a very kind and considerate host. The apartment is fine for a couple or small family. If you plan on driving your own car make sure you rent a smaller one (I did without knowing :-) as the street parking spots are a little narrow, and buy a GPS at the Airport itself (they don't sell Israel maps / GPS units outside the country). We had a wonderful stay, very nice person to do business with and very nice location. It was January and a little cold, and the heat had a mind of its own, but despite that a nice stay.

While little was expected this flat was ideal for our needs. We didn't expect to spend much time at the flat. Francoise was a little remiss with lightbulbs but, otherwise a fine host. More than worth the price!

The owner is very nice, friendly, and helpful women. The appartment has everything necessary, including kitchen facilities, TV with satelite, heating, hot water, etc. Location is very good, as it is quite district and the bus stop is only 5 min by foot. Recommend to everybody!
I enjoy renting my studio to the seekers of Jerusalem.
I want to make them feel that in such a special and amazing city like Jerusalem, there is a nice and comfortable place where they are most welcome
to stay....
