Description of the Jerusalem vacation apartment rental

"Asher 20" is located at 20 Asher Street in the Baka neighborhod on the 2nd floor (with a Shabbos elevator). This is a modern apartment with a beautiful terras. The apartment has three bedrooms (sleeps ten), 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably furnished and with a Glatt kosher kitchen.
Shopping couldn't be easier! The German colony is only minutes away, the shopping center in Talpiot is a 7-minute walk!!

Of course you'll want to visit the Kotel and the Jewish Quarter in the Old City! The Egged bus stop is right outside your door. So you'll also find it convenient to venture out to Jerusalem's other wonderful attractions such as Malcha Mall, Jerusalem Zoo and the Promenade in Talpiot.

Almost new, large and very well located apartment

My husband and I went to Jerusalem with our 6-year old son to visit our 21-year old daughter, who is living in Israel. We were thrilled when we opened the door to Asher 20. Asher 20 is a large, almost new apartment. The rooms are spacious and airy. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern. The living room and dining room are so big! The location was amazing too! So close to everything. We walked to Emek Refa'im every evening for dinner. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We plan to visit Israel again next year and hope this apartment will be available for us to rent again.

Beautiful and affordable

My wife and three older teenagers (19,19 and 17) were looking for a place to stay in Jerusalem. This apartment allowed us to all stay together without driving each other crazy. The master bedroom is very nice and has a great attached bathroom. We heard no road noise at all during the night, and it was quite dark if you put the window guards down (more on that later). The other bedrooms were very nice as well, though the one with two bunks was a little small for my daughters. The living room is very well appointed and very clean, with a nice view and an HD tv. The kitchen was lovely, and contained all the plates, cups, pans, etc, to prepare all your meals. They have two dishwashers (one for meat, one for milk) and we could not get the meat one to work, but the other did (this may be our error). They also have a washer and dryer so we could do some laundry. All windows and sliding doors have power-operated metals covers. When you pull them down, you see and hear nothing from the street (which isn't loud anyway). This is also an extra layer of security for those worried about safety or theft. The apartment is almost brand new, and everthing is in wonderful shape. We were asked to pay by check ahead of time, which was unusual but worked out fine. We never did meet the owner (everything was done by email) but she did call after we had settled in to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a family. It was incredibly convenient and beautiful, and I was surprised how affordable it was.
