A very small breakfast is the major problem, most likely because of shortage of staff and lack of motivation. Some meals looked very gross. It was exactly the same awful mini-breakfast each day. The breakfast room could have been very nice, but unfortunately it was not. A bathroom was out of order: a toilet lid was very old and broken, a big dirty glass served as toothbrush cup, bathtub was worn-out and it did not look attractive at all. Our room was kind of noisy, because the windows were not soundproof enough to block the sounds from nearby road. The double room was smaller that might have been expected from the ad, but the bed was comfortable. Small ants were roaming in a room and in the bathroom -free of charge ;-). ++The manager was excellent: very friendly, customer-oriented and accommodating. ++Hotel's website is excellent, no doubt.

Dear Friend,
I just wanted to thank you once again for accommodating us while in Jerusalem. We had a most enjoyable stay. Our room was well appointed with a good en suite that include a wonderful bath, a rarity in some places. Most importantly however was the friendly atmosphere that prevailed. All staff were always welcoming and accommodating making us feel as if we were staying in a “home”.
Thanks to all for their efforts. We have already recommended “A Little House In Bakah” to quite a number of friends. We will be back.
Kind regards,
Avron and Jean Cohen
