This is the most opulent of our residences, La Terrasse offers a grand formal entrance, lofty living room, a formal dining room and attractive eat-in kitchen. From the dining area or the living room one can step out onto the large balcony overlooking the park.
The master bedroom on the lower level has a private gallery of its own which can be a den, study, or work area. Ample closets, vanity, ensuite bathroom and laundry nook are all contained in the mastersuite. The upper level features a den, TV room, learge bathroom and roomy second bedroom.

Located in the heart of Jerusalem on "Jerusalem's most beautiful pedestrian street", (chosen by Jerusalem Architects Ass.) La Terrasse is ten minutes walk from the Jaffa Gate and the Old City. It is five minutes walk from the fabulous Mamilla shopping concourse. The exotic Mahane Yehuda open market is ten minutes the other direction. There is much to see and experience right closeby, and the street itself is now an attraction.

• Deposits: A cash damage deposit of $300 is required up front and will be returned to you upon departure if all is well
   
• Other Fees: We are offering introductory rates because permits to use the upper levels are pending. If the entire flat is available to you when you book, the low season rate will be $500/night, 3,000/week or $11,000/month. If only the lower level is available, it will be roughly half of that.
