Description of the Jim Thorpe vacation home rental

WE HAVE TWO HOUSES WITHIN 40 FEET OF EACH OTHER FOR FAMILY REUNIONS, LARGE PARTIES, PROM, ETC CONTACT US FOR DETAILS!

Centrally located between Pocono Whitewater Rafting, and Big Boulder/Jack Frost off Rt 903.

Central Air, Gas Fireplace, 62" TV in LR, 32" TV`s in all the bedrooms,free video library,cable with premium channels, computer, high speed internet, wifi, free phone.

Fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, bagel toaster pots and pans, etc.

Bed linens provided. Full laundry room

3 bedrooms on the first floor, including master suite with jacuzzi.

4th bedroom and game room on lower level.

5th bedroom on the second floor and includes it`s own bathroom,kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, utensils etc.) and a private deck! Queen futon, Twin over Full Bunk Bed.

Extra sleeping space:
Game room 'click clack' couch opens to a double bed
Living room couch opes to a queen bed

Ceiling Fans in all rooms. 2 Decks, Gas grill, fire pit(chiminea), open fires are not allowed due to bordering the state forest).

Convenient to all area attractions, most within a 15 min. easy drive.

Backs to state forest. Enjoy the wildlife!

Rafting, Skirmish, Kayaking, Biking and Golf packages available. We do all the bookings, you save $$$

Payment options are Cash (always!), PayPal, or Checks
$500 deposit required to hold a booking date

Rental Rules
Please No Smoking, small pets ok
Bring you`re own towels, bed linens provided
$500 refundable security deposit
Guest signing the contract must be at least 21 years old
Optional $150 cleaning fee, $0 if you do it
Please leave the house as you found it, save $$, keep costs low

Very rural, but with plenty of activities.

Jack frost / Big Boulder ski areas
Pocono Whitewater(Rafting, Skirmish, Biking)
Many fine eateries
State forests (hunting, fishing)
Hickory run state park (swimming, disk golf, camping etc)
Pocono Speedway (NASCAR, Sprint cup, Driving Scchool)
Shopping outlets
Train rides along the Lehigh Gorge

Only thing missing are stop lights!

When you first walk in the house you realize it is just as beautiful as the pictures. It is very spacious, nice bedrooms, full kitchen, and an awesome basement with a pool table and a dartboard. Definitely looking to rent again in the future!

Recently stayed the weekend. Had a great time. The house is beautiful!! Very impressed with how clean and homey the house is. Wish I could have stayed longer. Can't wait to see how the house next door looks after it gets finished. If its anything like this one then WOW!

Great house to get away from it all

The house was in great condition. Pool table downstairs was a fun way to waste some time. The huge 62 inch TV in the living room was more than you could ask for. A very good library of DVD's and a few entertaining board games as well. Every bedroom was comfortable. It has a top of the line bedroom suite. Tv's in the bedrooms were a plus also. The kitchen was perfect. Enough counter space, cabinet space and amenties. Two nice backyard decks. I would recommend this house to couples who want to get away from it all and have fun. I will be back next year.
