Cleaning Fee

The fee is 250 and is optional. We allow you to clean the home yourself and do the laundry. However, if it is not left exactly the way you found it, you will be charged the full fee to ensure the cleanliness required for our future customers.

MAID Services/

If you would like to have our cleaning service provide once a day freshen-up, bed making, kitchen clean up services, we may do so. Inquire with us for the different levels of pricing and services offered,

Aside from the cleaning fee, we will provide additional cleaning

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS!!!!!

Deposits are $500. Double for high risk rentals. They are fully refundable as long as there is no damage, theft, or breach of contract.

Once you have booked your vacation the deposit and rental fee acts as a guarantee of payment. Cancellation at any time after booking will result in loss of the deposit.

If rental fee is paid in full, deposit will be returned and rental fee will be forfeited or rescheduled, depending on the circumstances. If a partial rental fee and full deposit is made, then the deposit will act to fulfill the unsatisfied half of the rental fee agreement. If this is required and the result leaves us with monies remaining, then the that money will be returned. If the deposit does not cover the remaining half of the rental fee, then the party is responsible to pay owner for losses sustained from cancellation. No exceptions.

Please note. All agreements and correspondence made via email is an official addendum to our contracts.

FOR PROM
---All checks and contracts must be signed by, or agreed to, by a parent. Any checks written out of the account of a kid on behalf of his or herself and their friends, will be assumed to be with the consent of the governing parent who we require to sign the contract and provide the monies. Any monies given which ultimately result in a cancellation, then reverts to said cancellation guidelines written above

There is one house right next door, which is owned by us as well (inquire about very large party packages for both houses). Also, one small house around the corner. Other than that, you can party as loud as you want and not be bothered.
