*It is a lovely apartment for people that likes good things in life. The building is brand new one in the best location of João Pessoa city (capital of Paraiba State)From the apartment you also can see a national trust Atlantic forest preservation with beautiful birds flying on the sky time to time.
From 5 to 8 o'clock a.m. the traffic will be closed at the main Road crossing the coast view, to be used by the people to exercise, walking and relax before they go to the work or before the start their routine of life. During this time you can practice exercise with no fears because the road will belong just to the people interested in good quality of life and that take care themselves.
*The building* has got a very nice neighbourhood... It offers a reception area with security and reception service for 24
hours per day, swimming pool, sauna, party room, and the apartment has got two garage spaces in the car parking that is covered. The building has got two lifts (a social and a service one)

*Regarding to the apartment*, as you have seen in the pictures, it is a nice apartment with 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has got a toilet with hot shower, ar condition and fan for the ones that don't like arcon... *This is a Master bedroom* with toalet, hotshower, double bed type Box (Queen size) realy big and spacious, TV, Wardrobe with slide doors and mirrors, shelves on the wall and side table around the bed.
The sheets, pillows, pillow cases and towns are 100% cotton also large size to please the ones that are really tall.
*The second Bedroom* is the same, + fan.
*The single bed* is the same as well but with single bed, fan,wardrobe with slide doors, mirrors and shelves.
The decoration of the apartment was made by an interior designer to please the ones that is looking forward to have space, clean area and also good comfortable stile included in the package.
*The toilets have got granite base and Glass box on the shower room*.
*The kitchen* has got granite on the top of the American kitchen stile + a granite table around. The cabinets are designed with glass and aluminium doors and drowns. The kitchen has got all the utilities necessary: matches of plates, cups, glass for juice, glass for wine, folks, spoons, knives, all the sizes and for specifics necessities, toast, blender, iron for clothes, washing machine for clothes, cooker with 6 burns, fridge and
freeze, etc... we can describe a list of everything included there for you in case you want to go ahead.
*The lounge* has got sofa, tables, shelves, support chair and a quite large balcony with panoramic view to the see, and forest. You can sit there to relax and contemplate the birds flying from the forest to the see, blue sky and nice breeze around. There is a television on the lounge with 29 inches cable service with 50 channels: CNN, TNT, A&M, GEOGRAPH, DISCOVERY CHANEL, ANIMAL PLANET, PEOPLE AND ARTS and others + NTERNET AVAILABLE BUT YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR PC OR LEP TOP.
There is also a dinner room with cabinets, table + 4 chairs to have your mail with your guests
*There is a service area* with cabinet + service toilet and everything that you need to keep your apartment clean. In this price is also included a cleaner that can go there once a week to clean, change the beds and toilets and also to do the washing up for you.
For the price is also included the condominium fee + electricity + water + gas bills and cleaning material.
