This 2-bedroom unit at Marbella Towers in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic will allow you to enjoy the most romantic sunsets and sunrises from the privacy of your balcony. Located only 25 kilometers away from Las Americas International Airport, that is about 25 minutes away drive, 45 minutes away from the Capital, Santo Domingo, and 10 minutes away from San Pedro de Macoris. San Pedro de Macoris is home to many major league baseball players including Sammy Sosa. This condo is fully equipped for an unforgettable vacation. The unit accommodates up to 6 guests, with two bathrooms, living room, dining area, linen included, private balcony, A/C, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. The entertainment area has an Olympic size pool with 2 Jacuzzis, one pool for kids, and it offers many sand games such as beach volleyball and beach soccer. We LOVED, LOVED this place!! Martha was wonderful to work with! I sent her several emails and she was very quick to respond. The condo looks just like the photos...only better! The grounds were very, very clean. The pools and beach were gorgeous and the staff friendly! We ate at a couple of quaint restaurants within short walking distance. There are a couple of small grocery stores with in walking distance as well. My husband and I spent a week here with our daughter (22) from Santo Domingo. For anyone who wants a quiet, peaceful, restful vacation this is the place for you! There were several days where we were the only ones at the pool or on the beach. We loved that because we both have jobs where we work with the public on a daily basis. We will definitely be back and are already talking and planning for our next visit! Thank you Martha for sharing your wonderful place!

First, the owner/Martha, very charming and sweet lady. She maintains a great condo and was very helpful with our needs. My wife, son and I stayed for 12 days and had a pleasurable stay and looking to schedule another trip for next year. The resort is only a few years old and is in the best location in Juan Dolio. The beaches and views are right out of a travel magazine, you will not be disappointed. Weekends are somewhat busy with the locals enjoying the beach/ocean but on the weekdays the place is all yours. If your looking for activities, shopping, nightlife, or historical trips, they are all within an hours drive. The only negative for me, was that the equipment in the fitness center is very limited. However, loved the place enough that I will look to purchase a unit in the near future. In closing, great country, resort, and great people. Enjoy !

This place is stunning. It is the perfect place to really understand the beauty of the island. The beach is flawless with patches of palm trees, and white sands. There is even an area with natural mangrove and rustic beach. There are no large resorts nearby so you actually get to experience the local culture with fabulous food at the variety of restaurants in the area. I had the best grilled lobster I've ever had in Juan Dolio. The condo itself is perection as well. Extremely well maintained grounds and I've never seen such large swimming pools. Marta the owner is a lovely lady and I can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stayed in Marbella for 2 months! Very nice condo, friendly staff. Martha was great to work with and to rent from. We will be returning !! We have been going to the DR for 17 yrs and this is far the best place we have stayed. Very easy to get around close to cafe's and mini markets.The pools are very big and the beach beds are a great place to enjoy a good book. Thank You Martha

Stayed there with my family. The apartment is really nice. It has everything you need. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. Is like being home but with a great view of the beach. The owner of the apt. Jose, was wonderful. He left us goodies to eat and plenty of water bottles for the entire stay. Really good restaurants in the area and also at the Marbella. Great place for children. You don't really have to go out of the complex to enjoy your vacation. We actually went there at the end of December and stayed for 8 days. We liked it so much that we returned again for 6 days. You won't regret staying there.

We stayed at the Marbella condos during the holidays...what a great place. Amazing fully furnished condo with all the necessities. Amazing beach and pools. Great restaurants nearby....try Wood Mediera right across the street. Stores near by and San Pedro just 10 mins away. Amazing place....going back in march!

We are a family of four. We rented this place for a week and had a fantastic vacation. This is a beautiful apartment with a "million dollars view". The apartment was spotless. The simple pleasures of island living mesh seamlessly with contemporary decor in this Caribbean paradise. If you like walking on at the beach, this is a perfect place, we enjoyed the white sand beach and the relax atmosphere that this complex offers. The huge swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. They also have a new playground for little ones. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to my friends !

This place was as described in the website, just perfect! Very comfortable place, very spacious with everything that we needed. Wow! The view from the condo was spectacular with a nice breeze 24/7 on the huge balcony. Close to everything, we did not rent a car. Newer Building; Close to Santo Domingo Airport; Very Quiet during the weekday; Extremely overpriced restaurant at the resort; Resort staff eager to please; Absolutely nothing else to do in the area other than to catch some rays and swim in the water; the Pool is extremely large and clean; good place to bring the family or a couple if you want to be left alone.
