Description of the Juan Dolio vacation condo rental
LOCATION: Located in the resort town of Juan Dolio, only 20minutes from the island's main airport- Las Americas International Airport; 40min from the Capital- Santo Domingo, 10min. from the famous Boca Chica and 5min. from San Pedro De Macoris.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Unit sleeps from 2-6 guest.
Master Bedroom: Queen Size bed with private bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Two sets of bunk beds (2 full on bottom, 2 twins on top)
Corridor: Guest Bathroom w/shower.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with top of the line kitchen appliances for your cooking needs(refrigerator, stove, washer, coffee pot, blender, etc) kitchen utensils with servings for 6 guest.

A Perfect Location in Juan Dolio

I have stayed in Juan Dolio over several years in everything from a dump to a dream house. This property ranks among the best and the location is ideal. The owner takes a great interest in making his guests happy and solves problems, if any, on the spot. Importantly the building has great security, but it is not overbearing. The photos of the pool and beach are exactly what you see. The apartment itself is much better than the pictures. The market shops and bank directly across the street are a great bonus. Television/Satellite service is excellent. US sports, major networks, CNN, BBC. You name it. The apartment was spotless and lacked nothing in the way of amenities. The owner even has coffee and sugar on hand for that first morning. All in all a great find in an area where there are not too many.

The condo was great! We enjoyed our time very much. It was a nice break for us after our time on a mission trip. We were a bit disappointed with the rules of the complex...which the owner has no control over. We would have loved to have some of of our missionary friends visit us for the day, but the complex rules do not allow for this.

We were in Juan Dolio at Admiral Apartment in our Easter vacation. We had a great and peaceful time enjoy the the apartment and the beach front view the pool and all the facilities were very conformable. we can wait to go back to this place.

We stayed during the Second week in September and wish we had enough vacation time to stay for the entire month. The Apartment is located in a wonderful seemingly private road off the "Boulevard" of Juan Dolio, you feel as if you are in a private community. The Apartment itself is amazing. We saw the pictures on the website but were still blown away by it in person. We specially were impressed by the decor. It honestly should belong in a magazine. The living room is inviting and comfortable and leads straight onto the balcony which has an amazing view of the ocean and pool area. Both of which are wonderfully manicured and cared for. Every morning we awoke to a team of workers cleaning the beach sand and all of the pool area. My favorite thing was the Dominos table that we found in the master bedroom closet. Although my family and I do not know how to play Dominoes we had a fun time trying to play. Perhaps prior to going next time we will research how to play to take advantage of the table and Dominos.We travel often and this was one of the best vacations we have been on. We cant wait to return to Juan Dolio and to the Dominican Republic. My family and I highly recommend this apartment.

Definitivamente un complejo muy tranquilo, una vista extraordinaria desde el apartamento y la alcoba principal. La decoracion del condo es exquisita y practica, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Las areas comunes al igual que el condo totalmente limpias y atractivas, la piscina impecable y de fondo kilometros de playa para caminar y banar. Sin duda volveria nuevamente.

It was perfect!

We stayed at this condo Dec. 27 - Jan 4. As the condo is brand new and we were it's first guest everything is in excellent condition. We also enjoyed the pool and beach. The pool was very well maintained and the sand on the beach is the perfect texture for hours of playing in the sand, as my kids did. Other conveiences are that there is a mini-mart and cafe/bar directly across the street. The condo staff is also very friendly and helpful. The final perk of this condo is I enjoyed the company of the other tenants/guests. They are mostly Dominican, except our very special Canadian friends. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. We would definitely stay here again.
