Description of the Juan Dolio vacation villa rental

Beautiful Villa with 3 bedrooms (each with it's own full bathroom), 3 1/2 baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, bar area, 2 terraces, closets, pool gazebo and 2 car garage. Gated Complex with 24 hour security.

We are ideally located in the tourist section of Juan Dolio, 20 minutes away from the Santo Domingo (Las Americas) airport, and just 3 blocks walking distance from the Juan Dolio - Villas Del Mar Beach.

RENTAL RATES:
January 10 - April 30: $1,000/weekly (7 days/6 nights)up to 4 guests (plus $450 up to 6)

May 1 - June 15: $750/weekly (7 days/6 nights)up to 2 guests (plus $450 up to 6)

June 16 - December 14: $1,000/weekly (7 days/6 nights)up to 4 guests (plus $450 up to 6)

December 15 - January 9: $1050 weekly (7 days/6 nights)up to 2 guests (plus $450 up to 6)

Prices are subject to change at any time.

- 50% Deposit is required to reserve your desired dates, balance to be paid w/security deposit 10 business days prior to arrival.

- Payment in full is required when reservations are less than 30 days away.

- Long Term Rental Available (minimum of 3 day rental). Email or Call me for your CUSTOM pricing.

- Includes Maid Cleaning Service.

- Computer and Internet usage included.

- Includes library of at least 100 DVD movies for your viewing.
- 10% Discounts for Airline Personnel (Proof of Job ID Required).
- $50 departure cleaning service will be deducted from security deposit.

A Security Deposit of $350.00 USD is required and will be refunded within 10 business days from the date of departure once Keys have been returned and Villa found to be in good order.

The Blue Room (2nd Bedroom) has a Queen size bed, 27" Flat Panel LCD TV, DVD Player, Cable, Air Conditioner and it's own private Full Bathroom. NOW AVAILABLE Ipod/MP3 SPEAKERS.

My friend and I made our first trip to DR and we couldn't have been happier with the choice to stay at this Villa. Everything was immaculate and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Nadia was EXCELLENT in helping us with all the details including transport to and from airport and made everything go smoothly and hassle free...anything I asked she was spot on. Beach, casino, restaurants were all close. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful too, especially since neither of us spoke much Spanish, but not a problem at all. We found tons of things to do but when we were back at the Villa, everything was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Just what a vacation should be. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, in fact I'm working on plans now.

We have made several trips to the DR. Great accommodations are always hard to find. Not this time though....Nadia is the best from the time we contacted here she provided the best service and detailed information about everything. From dining to transportation. When we got there everything was like she said. We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to re-booking the villa in May. If you want a nice affordable well kept villa to stay you have a great one in this one.

I visted the Villa for my Birthday from Jan 4th to Jan 10th with my brother and one of my boys. All I can say is Nadia and Wander are the best. The home is in walking distance to everything you need. The grounds are very well taken care off. Avis rental car at the end of the street. I would recommend the Villa to anyone wanting a home away from home. I can wait to come back.

We stayed 1 week ( my wife, 2 kids and me). It's a good location, not to far to Santo Domingo, you can make good shopping within 1 hour drive. The beach is also nice. We have very good time there.

I went here for a week with my boys. What a blast!! Everything was right at our fingertips(food,restaurants,etc).The accomodations were top notch. Everything from decor, cleanliness,appliances were top of the line. My friends and I were very impressed with everything. To be quite frank, I came to D.R. before and stayed at a resort, and in comparison the ammenities here were by far superior. In addition Nadia goes above and beyond in making your stay enjoyable.

Me and my boys had a great time staying in our villa. It is ideally located within a 5 - 10 minute walk from the beach, excellent restaurants/bars, and shopping markets. Not to mention all the drop dead gorgeous women in the area. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This villa is by far the best I've ever stayed in the Dominican Republic. I would recommend renting this villa to all persons who enjoy the finer things in life, I say this because when I get back I would like things to be the same or better(if that's possible!!). Myself, my husband, and our 1 year old son recently stayed at this villa. We had such a great time. It had all the amenities you could ask for. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance. The beach which was also in walking distance was amazing with crystal clear water and smooth sand. If the beach isn't for you simply walk out the front door to find a luxurious pool. If you are looking for a dream vacation this is it!
