Owned and operated by a German who has traveled extensively throughout the world who welcomes you to enjoy his privat OASIS in the Dominican Republic on the beautifull Island of Hispanola.

VILLA MARTIN is next door of one of the finest Swiss Restaurants ( which is also on the beach) with some of the best Fish, Lobster and Meat dishes on the Island.The Restaurant is has also been awarded with two wineglasses from the famous "Wine Spectator", There is another exellent restaurant on the beach in typical Dominican style that is within walking distance. Many other restaurants,shopping,pharmacies etc.are in central Juan Dolio- only 5 minutes by Bus ot Taxi.

The two story Beach House/Villa is ideal for four but capable of housing up to six people.
(It can be partially rented as well).
It has 3 bedrooms,each with separate bathrooms,kitchen,living room,dining room,large balcony overlooking the Caribbien,large ground floor terrace opening onto the garden yard and then to the beach.
House has approximately 200 to 220 m2.

AMENITIES:
First floor has one smaller bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen,dining room and terrace are conveniently positioned for al fresco dining.
The upstairs features two air-conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds which opens onto the balcony and ocean view, and each has a privat bathroom.
It also has a separate living/TV room.

Whasher& Dryer.Two TV,DVD player, Internet Dial up,Bed linen/towels provided,safty deposit box.
Enclosed Garage.

Kitchen:
Fully-equipped kitchen(incl. silverware,glassware&place setting),with outside BBQ,Dishwasher,GasStove&Oven,Microwave,Refrigirator with freezer,Toaster&Coffee maker.
