I wish I could give just the property manager 0 stars. I am planning a vacation for my family for Labor Day and since I never rented a home before I had questions regarding pets, smoking, etc. The property manager basically berated me and lectured me regarding the laws on smoking in Florida, told me the 14 year old arthritic and blind Pug was not welcome and finally said "this house may be too nice for you". I am totally offended by the fact I was not even given the option of renting this home. I wouldn't rent it now if they offered it at half price, considering the way the manager acted. Our group decided if they are this picky before you stay, what kind of crazy pickiness would you have to deal with after the fact. Luckily I have found a MUCH nicer home closer to the beach. Just be careful renting this "nice" home as they are rude and very picky about who they allow to stay here.

this home is in the perfect location. Very close to beach, shopping and awesome restaurants! Very quiet neiborhood and very safe. There is a small lake to walk/run around very close too. the home is spacious, and well equiped. not much unused storage space though. It also has a pool, but was too cold for us to use since it wasn't heated and it was January. the owner/agent were very accomodating and easy to communicate with. unused deposit was returned in promised time with all documentation from utilities as well. we had a spectacular month here!

The property is unfortunately misrepresented. The house sleeps at best 6 people, as the 4th "bedroom" is a non-enclosed small space between kitchen and hallway. It is badly insulated, difficult and therefore expensive to heat or cool - thus the renters have to cope with annoying restrictions on the air conditioning / heating system, and even the warm water boiler. To add insult to injury, I received a faulty accounting for utilities, over $450 was deducted from my deposit for all in all 23 days occupancy (!) as the electrcal usage was charged for time we evidently did not spend in the house. Also extremely inflated is the written assertion, that the property is worth over $1 million - this would be merely ridiculous and not worthy of note if it wouln't be used by the agent as a marketing argument... In knowledge of all this, one could still consider renting this house as its saving grace - namely walking distance from the beach - is true, and the owner seems to be a decent person, were it not for its unprofessionnal and chaotic agent, who caused us untold aggravation right from the beginning of the process (wrong account number, had to pay $50 to have my own money returned from the receiving bank) to the end (had to move out 3 days earlier than planned due to overbooking).
We just returned home from a wonderful month long vacation in Juno Beach, Fl. We stayed at this property with our family of 6 and it was wonderful. The beach was a stone's throw away - as was small local restaurants, water sports, picnic areas, tennis courts, fishing pier and everything you could want. The home was perfect; much nicer than our own home in Long Island. Both the ocean and the pool was crystal turquoise blue. I would give this vacation home a PERFECT rating and would recomend it to any one who loves the beach and being spoied on vacation, prefers quiet, privacy and serenity. There is nothing we could find wrong with this vacation hide-a-way. We are so glad that we found it. Alexander

Doctor, we thought we owned the home of our dreams, but now I wish we could buy the "vacation home". The house had everything; new flat screen TVs in every room, a library of CDs, DVD's, books, games, whatever a family could want. We had never heard of Juno Beach before therefore, we were a
little nervous about booking in an unknown area. When researching it, we found that it was an upscale, hidden area of the Palm Beaches. We were sold on the "no crime area" because we have small children and never knew such an area existed. Well, it does. Juno Beach is a small, barrier
island that only the local people and those who have previously visited know about. The police patrol it extensively and it has NO CRIME at all. The house is on a small cul de sac, within a few feet of the beach. The children rode their tricycles to the beach. I pushed the stroller & my husband carried the cooler * beach chairs (provided by the owner). There is no beach parking due to it being a private beach area for the neighborhood only. We went to the beach in the morning and swam in the pool in the afternoon. There is a shower outside on the patio by the pool to shower in before jumping in the pool. We cooked our meals on the grill and walked to one of the wonderful local restaurants close by. Everything is near, including all the attractions we wanted to take part in - including the turtle hatchings at the beach. This was the best
vacation we ever had and we plan on coming back every year at the same time. We loved everything the best and what we hated the most was having to leave and go home. It was absolutely wonderful and a dream come true vacation.

We have visited this home numerous times and will go back any time that we can. The home is perfect, one I would love to live in year round. It had everything we could ever ask or wish for. The home was within steps to a private beach area which we have never found before - not even in a resort sitting on a beach - it is still closer. Less of a walk to the beach. The home is extremely large - and spotless everywhere - inside and out. The home is extremely private as well as close to everything. This truly is a great house. Rob Willis, St Louis, Mo. April 2009

"Very Comfortable Home"
We have stayed in this home for two years (Jans. and Febs.) and have enjoyed it immensely. Great location (walk to very private beach), wonderful neighborhood. The house has everything you need including an inground pool. The home is landscaped much like a Key West home with lots of privacy. This three bedroom home is large, with enough space for people to do "their thing" without running into each other. New flat screen tv's are a big plus as well. Home is furnished with quality furniture.
During the Christmas holiday, our entire family came together for my Father's 90th Birthday. We had never rented a vacation home before and surprisingly my teenage daughter found this home. We sent out the listing out to everyone and each family member had chosen different listings but all decided on this particular home. We were so pleased. Over the next 6 months, the owner kept sending us photos of new things that were happening at the house and in the area. The owner sent us directions how to get to the house and met us at the home, showing us around and how everything worked. She gave us phone numbers to call in an emergency. Our entire family fell in love with the home. It was everything we every imagined and much, much more. The photos did not do it justice. We loved sitting around the fireplace outside at the patio table, we ate most meals cooked on the BBQ, eating fresh fish, fresh fruits & vegetables. The home was exceptional, my wife said it was so clean you could eat off the floors (hotels are never that clean), linens were high grade (she said), furniture was beautiful & comfortable, TVs in every room, all brand new and most at least 50" or more. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time & instead of using my parents home, we found ourselves using the home we rented in Juno Beach because it was much larger & more comfortable for entertaining. It contained EVERYTHING you could possible every imagine or want, including serving dishes, china, crystal, plenty of glasses & cups, nothing like we have found in hotel or resort rooms in the past. This was the most economical and enjoyable vacation we have ever had. We all agreed that we are going to do this every year at this time, no matter what - even after Dad passes.
