Description of the Jupiter vacation condo rental

This Beachhouse rental is for September 2013 through August 2014 as an ANNUAL LEASE. Please do not inquire about monthly rentals.

Beautiful fully furnished beach house with private deeded access to Jupiter beach approx. a 500 yard walk alongside a brook to a beach gate, cross the beach road (A1A) and you're at the beach!

This beachhouse has 2 master bedrooms each with its own bath on the second floor and a 1/2 bath on the first floor. Unit has been completely remodelled-New bathrooms, tile, seagrass wood flooring, countertops etc. All mattresses are brand new. Two queen beds in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other. The twin bed room has a balcony overlooking the large fenced and private courtyard. In a gated community with approximately 125 units, each unit is one of four in a quad. 2 parking spaces. Carlin Park is right next door, walking paths, tennis, outdoor amphitheatre, restaurants, shopping, Maltz Theatre all very close by.

Owner pays taxes, condo fees,garbage, sewer & basic cable. Electric & internet are tenant's responsibility. First & last month's rent and security deposit required, credit check & references.
