Gorgeous, remodeled 7th floor Maui Kai condo. This is an oceanfront complex that offers direct beach access. World championship golf in nearby Kapalua, and Historic Lahaina Town are just 10 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

Walk outside the condo, and dip your feet in the warm, tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean, or relax and take a dip in the large, inviting pool. After a great day of beach fun, relax with your favorite beverage and watch the whales, sea turtles or enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian Sunset from your own private lanai.

The condo has been completely remodeled and modernized. It is absolutely gorgeous and the views are breathtaking!

1 bedroom/1bath, full kitchen, sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a King bed, and there is a new Murphy Bed & sofa in the living room. The condo is fully furnished and includes central AC, cable TV, DVD, CD stereo, free parking and high speed WiFi internet. Laundry facility is next to the elevator. Linens, towels, and beach cooler & towels are also provided for your enjoyment.

The resort offers a large pool, Jacuzzi, beach cabanas, lounge chairs, tennis, and gas BBQ's. There is also an activity center on site for your convenience.

• Other Fees: CANCELLATION POLICY: $50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
