Property is deluxe oceanfront 2B/2B. Newly renovated: painting, furniture, flooring. Holiday Rates $425 per night. Christmas Rates $575 per night with a two week stay.There is also a tax of 13.42 per cent. A housecleaning fee of $185.00 is required All rates subject to change. High season rates are $425 per day, January, February, March, July, and August. Prperty Address: Mahana at Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii.
Area Information
This great resort, The Mahana at Kaanapali, is Oceanfront/Beachfront as well as its pool. It faces Molakai, Lanai, and Black Rock (at night, divers jump from this from very, very high Cliff.) About six huge windows , about 10 feet by 8 feet, give a panaramic UNBLOCKED 270 degree view - UNMATCHED There is a private lanai (terrace). The kitchen has everything with a dining area that has a beautiful chandelier. Sofa have fancy Hawaiian floral patterns - Hawaiian accents throughout. Availability during the High Season is limited.

We stayed at the Kaanapali Alii for maybe the 20th time, that should tell you all you need to know. It is the best accomodation on Maui if you're looking for a condo. Do yourself a favor and stay there, you'll never stay anywhere else.
