Description of the Kagawong vacation cottage rental
4 clean and cosy housekeeping cottages directly on the shore of Lake Kagawong, the second largest ;lake on Manitoulin Island. We are centrally located which is ideal for touring. We have over 7 acres of property away from any highway or main road so it is safe for children.
There is a safe sandy beach for swimming and a protected safe harbor for boats.
Over 75% of our guests have been here before - that means a lot to us.
Area Description
Manitoulin Island is the worlds largest fresh-water island. It is a paradise for R&R as the pace of the entire island is relaxed.
TYhere are many things to do on the island: swim, fish, hike, golf, horseback riding, shop native stores, theatres,restaurants, bowling etc.
There is a childrens playground and a small , 8 hole mini-putt.There is an assortment of country bikes for you to use.
