Beautiful setting that is rare in Maui. On the NW facing shore of Maui is a very green lush and tropical condo-villa with direct oceanfront view. Small quiet complex with oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, cabana and 4 gas bbqs. A long sandy beach with amazing views of Molokai and Lanai.
Very spacious 2 story townhouse style on the 2nd/3rd (top) floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One king, 2 twins, and a queen sofabed, so it can sleep up to 6 comfortably.$20 extra per person for 5th and 6th persons.
Second bedroom is overlooking the two story living room below with skylights and picture windows. I have two of these units, other has one king, one queen, and queen sofabed.
Corner end condos with wrap around views including
palms swaying, flowers blooming, lush green lawns, with lots of nature and tropical birds. Directly in front is the ocean!
The ocean doesn't get much closer than this!!
from the hustle-bustle. No high rises next to you!
This is paradise!
Lahaina town is about 8 miles south.
Kaanapali Beach is about 3 miles south.
Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay beaches are 1 mile north.

The view from this condo simply can't be beat! The winds flow all the way through the condo with the beautiful balcony windows open and the louvered windows all over the rest of the unit. That part is really great. The decor is a little dated and every drawer smells of mildew. The bedspreads and blankets all needed to be washed to get the mildew smell out (obviously an issue in Hawaii) I would not recommend staying in the unit if you are sensitive to molds and mildew. I had to take decongestants to breathe at night. The bathtub is big but has no plug, slopes towards the wall, has a few broken tiles and has a shower curtain dangling by 3 hoops (I mean, how much does a new curtain rod, hoops and curtain cost? I read a review from months ago where a guy said the exact same thing and yet it still hadn't been fixed.) I think they get away with it because of the view. The Village is immaculately maintained and was very quiet until a few college kids arrived and a half dozen little kids clearly on east coast time (even then, it wasn't too bad because they do have quiet hours.) We probably wouldn't stay here again because it wasn't a good beach for walks (too short), or boogie boarding. It seems real popular with people with young kids who just wanted to play in the pool and could get what they wanted from the little beach. With two teenage girls we had to pack up everyday to 1) get out of the rain and 2) get to a good snorkeling or boogie boarding beach. Also, it was just far enough away from Kaanapali and Lahaina that after a long day at the beach, we didn't feel like getting cleaned up and driving all the way back down very often and there's not much going on in Kahana. I would imagine that Kahana is a better bet weather wise in the summer. We spent a lot of time driving down to Wailea to get out from under the clouds and get to nice beaches. There are only a few glasses in the unit and very few utensils. The oven seems fairly newish. The unit is quite large but the second bedroom is a loft so not a ton of privacy.
