From the upstairs lanai, there is a gorgeous ocean view through the waving coconut fronds. The lower lanai hosts an intimate tropical setting. Fragrant trade winds keep the home cool year round. Situated on an acre of land, the lawn is large enough to practice your putting, play Croquet, set up a volley ball net, or just enjoy the open space.

The property is tropically landscaped with beautiful plumeria trees, red hibiscus bushes, orchids, and of course, a coconut grove.

Great place for the family...sitting out on the deck for breakfast, playing cards in the evening. After our wedding, some of the guests stayed a few extra days on Waikiki. They missed Kailua Beach so much, they contemplated taking a taxi back to the beach and spending the day. The house seems really hot at first, but as soon as you open all the windows/doors, it cools down very quickly from the trade winds. Good location close to the beach and good value.

The beach here is absolutely beautiful and the house was just about 100 yards off the beach with direct access. The house is a very well kept older home with a lot of character. We couldn't have asked for more. It was about 25 minutes to Honolulu. Great to have a quiet spot to sit on the beach with a short drive to the city when you want it.
