Kailua Beach Escape, Full Size Pool

A very nice updated 5 bedroom home that is located on a side street with no traffic. The beach entrance is a private street entrance 2 blocks away so you can walk to the beach but not have a large crowd of people on the beach. It is a very safe all white sand beach that is great for family's and boogie boarding.

The bedrooms have a total of 4 queen sized beds, one full, and one twin bunk bed. There is also a queen sized futon in the living room for additional guests. There is a private bathroom off the master bedroom and the second bathroom is located in the hallway by the second and third bedroom.

There is a living room and a dinning room situated in either side of the kitchen. This gives you two separate living areas and is nice to have the kids watch a movie or use the internet or 76 channels of cable TV in the back living room and you can relax in the front living room. The front living room has the full size fold out futon and sleeps 2 adults or kids.

The kitchen is large and has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, range, oven, disposal, and lots of good pots, pans, utensils, and bake-ware. The back yard has an open air deck with another covered sitting area with a picnic table. The swimming pool has recently been redone with dark blue tiles which keeps it very warm. There is a very tall pool slide for the kids and adults. There is an attached apartment/studio to the side of the house and tenants are gone a work a lot and keep to themselves. I email them with your arrival date and departure so they know to stay even more out of the way.
