An Impressive Tori gate greets you at the entry of the circle driveway paved with lava designs and interwoven with grass borders. Ten foot-high double sliding glass doors part at the home's entry and open on both sides of the grand entry hall to reveal the ocean view, pool courtyard and expansive lawn. There is also an impressive Bali wood trimmed pavilion, ideal for sumptuous outdoor dinners or even a special ceremony. An outdoor shower near the pavilion reveals an opportunity to live splendidly poolside, while enjoying the shade of the Bali pavilion or gazing at the night sky from the comfort of the six-person Jacuzzi.
The gourmet island-styled kitchen is fully open to the great room for easy dining and afternoon lounging. A full size wine closet, bar and butler's pantry make large or small scale entertaining a breeze. The Sub Zero Refrigerator, Wolf range/oven and Fisher Paykel dish drawers lend to the luxury of this chef-styled kitchen. The beautiful Bordeaux colored granite countertops, coupled with Sapele cabinets marry beautifully with the captivating views of the ocean. The lush, oversized lawn is bordered with stunning, mature tropical foliage and a natural lava rock wall.
The Master Suite comes fully appointed with a king size bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and poolside doors all overlooking the Hualalai and Kukio resorts, and Pacific ocean beyond. The Master Bath is sumptuous with a separate shower, tub, his and her sinks and separate toilet compartment. Step outside from the Master bath and take advantage of the rain shower oasis, surrounded with tropical foliage for your own private escape. The large Secondary Master Suite has a queen bed and a private bath, with access to its own outdoor, tropical plant filled shower, with easy pool/yard access. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, overlooking the courtyard. It also has a private bath, with separate entry for special guests or live in staff. All three suites have deep water tubs for those moments of relaxation and reflection.
The Balinese-inspired fourth bedroom offers a relaxing sitting area and desk, with a full-sized flat screen high-definition television and two sofas which can convert easily into twin beds. The den also has a private bath with a full size interior walk in shower.
The sunset Bali pavilion is a relaxing place to finish the day and host pool-side cocktail/dining entertainment. Relax while bathed in the subtle sounds of the pool waterfall/Jacuzzi and island breezes.
