Description of the Kailua-Kona vacation condo rental

Large 1 Bedroom Condo 20 yards to beach park entrance. Queen Bed in the bedroom + three twin -single beds in the living areas. Screened in Lanai with table & chairs..Yard has lounge chairs, gas grills, 180 degree ocean views. We provide beach chairs, ice chests, beach towels & boogie boards.

Fully Equipped Unit - kitchenette is fully stocked with aluminum foil / plastic bags, all the utensils you need. Grill out on one of several gas grills in the yard and watch the waves. Wireless internet, free long distance to US & Canada.

5 minutes from the center of town, shopping, restaurant row. Close drive to other well known local beaches, including Kahalu'u (Snorkel/Turtle beach). Short drive to Keauhou supermarket and farmers markets.

This condo unit is right across Alii Dr. from Whitesands Beach / La'aloa State park. This is one of just 3 condo units in the building - so much less crowded than a large condo complex. park at your door. Free washer & dryer, gas BBQ, etc. You can also rent more than one unit to have your group together, but with your own 'space.'

RATES: $85 to $99 per night. (The rate calender above is a sample). Add HI State tax and cleaning fee.

Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5 night minimum. Higher rates for Christmas & Ironman. Call or e-mail us for a quote.

Area Information

We help with a SAFE financial transaction for BOTH sides : No damage deposits to worry with. Your initial e-mails are welcome, but we will require a telephone chat before we finalize any contract.
We live, work, mail and bank within 4 miles from this home. TERMS: only $25 on bookings more than 100 days out, with 25% 90 and 60 days out. The balance of 50% just 20 days before arrival, or you may arrange an arrival payment.
