Beautiful, bright, clean unit located in an oceanfront complex with all the amenities of home. This newly renovated residential air-conditioned condo is about a half of a mile south of Downtown Kona. Next to White sand beach and Kahalu'u snorkling beach. All new furniture, linens and bedding. Perfect for a family vacation or two couples traveling together.

This complex has a stunning Oceanfront Pool were you can relax and soak in the sun. Watch the spinner dolphins, whales and cruise ships pass by. Or you can barbeque the fresh catch of the day at the poolside barbeque.

With just a 12 to 15 minute walk to Downtown Kona where you can experience shopping, nightlife and fine dining. Restaurants include Hard Rock Cafe, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Kona Brewing Company and numerous fine dining establishments. Come and enjoy our home away from home!

This complex is directly on the ocean. It is a rocky shoreline (best sunset viewing), but there is a sandy beach less than 1/2 mile away. There are also tidepools within walking distance and the best part is the footpath to downtown Kona, very convenient.

My wife and I stayed at this condo last year and we just stayed again for a week in April. Good location we enjoyed being able to walk to town for Dinner. The pool was nice and is right on the ocean which really makes it feel like your in Hawaii. Good clean unit for the price can't wait until next year. Mark & Carrie
