Description of the Kailua Kona vacation condo rental

This is a one bed two bath Condo overlooking pool, with ocean view. Excellent location just 1 block from restaurant row / Coconut Grove in downtown Kona, yet it's on a quiet street. The complex is quiet, and laid back, non-smoking, and has a parking garage. Your parking space and unit are both very close to the elevator.
The unit itself has bedroom with queen and a twin bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Yes, there are TWO full bathrooms in this unit with tub / showers so people can sleep in the living area and have their own bath. Unit has cable, wireless internet, well-stocked kitchen, and more.

RATES: $75 to $85 per night. (The rate calender above is an average). Winter rates 1-1 to 4-1 $89 to $99. Add HI State tax and a one time cleaning fee of $62.50.

Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum. Different rates may apply for Ironman & Christmas. Call or e-mail us for a quote. Last Minute discounts available.

The condo was perfect, very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. We were in need of nothing since the condo had everything, even beach accessories and a cooler!. You really need to tell people about the huge jacuzzi tub! The condo at Kona Pacific is perfect also because it is so convenient to town and Alii Drive.

Our whole family had a fabulous stay at the Kona Pacific. It is very well equipped - the boogie board, towels, were a huge bonus. The location is ideal, a short 3 or 4 minute walk to Alii Drive and the shops/restaurants yet it was so quiet, just being off the main drag. We

The location was great. The condo had everything we needed and more. We had a great time visiting the shops, going to the beach, especially the cute little beach within walking distance, we walked up and down Alii Dr always finding something new to look at. There was a variety of food places to eat, more than we could take advantage of. We would want to stay there again. Our stay was very good. We were surprised at all the extras supplied including laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, plastic bags for storage and on and on. The pool and outside BBQ grounds were super as was having private underground parking. The condo was walking distance to the down town. The kitchen was furnished very well with everything you need including coffee filters and paper towels. The lanai was very nice with ocean view and overlooking the pool.
