Description of the Kailua Kona vacation condo rental

Complex is located in the heart of historic and charming downtown Kailua-Kona. You are walking distance to restaurants, beaches, and historic sites such as Hulihe'e Palace and Hawaii's first Church, organic and health food groceries, Kona Inn shopping Village, Lanihau Center, and more.

Condo was the former model unit, located across from the pool area with lounge chairs and gas grill. Unit is fully equipped: we provide swim noodles, ice chest, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels, laundry soap for your private machine, and more!

Queen size bed plus floor futons available for kids. Full sized bath. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & bean grinder, blender, etc.

RATES: $59 to $69 per night. (The rate calender above is an average). Winter rates 1-1 to 4-1 $79 to $89. Add HI State tax and a one time cleaning fee of $62.50.

Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum. Different rates may apply for Ironman & Christmas. Call or e-mail us for a quote. Last Minute discounts available.

We had a great stay at the Ali'i Villas in Kailua Kona. The building was one of the nicer buildings in the are with very well maintained grounds and pool area. The location was great, although I wouldn't do the Big Island without a car. Our room was clean and had everything you needed for a great condo stay. we loved eating on the large covered Lanai, enjoying the sound of the surf, which also put us to sleep at night. If we make it back to Kailua Kona we would definitely stay there again. Mahalo, Shawn & Tania

Aloha - I was about to send you a note when yours arrived. We enjoyed our stay at the condo and found it most convenient to be so close to the Ironman area. Thank you for our stay at your Kailua Condo, we had a wonderful time, it's a great place! We were impressed with the whole package, very nice accomodations and perfect for us. The bed was quite comfy, the kitchen perfectly well set up. We were pleasantly surprised that paper towel and toilet paper were included!
We really liked the central location and the fact that we could walk just about everywhere. The pool was fun and evenings on the lanai were lovely.

For our first family vacation the Kailua Bay Condo was perfect for all our needs! We couldn't have asked for a better location in Kona as we were within walking distance of all the shops and the trolly that brought us to many places along Ali'i Drive. The Condo was incredibly homey and well stocked with all the necessities of daily living (towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies etc.). We had a wonderful time on the Big Island and the accommodations were absolutely great. I have never stayed where there was such a well stocked kitchen and bathroom! The whole condo was super and the bed was very comfortable... Having the washer and dryer right in the condo with all the supplies available was awesome... If we ever come to Kona again I would definitely stay at Kailua Condo and would gladly recommend it to anyone as a perfect place to spend a vacation and the price was very reasonable too. The condo was perfect for us. Everything was a pro and I can't think of a single con. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The location was ideal close to everything for us. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed having a cooler there for us to take to the beach. We can't say enough good things about the place. We were able to cook most anything we wanted in the kitchen. Great location close to the center of town and a quick hop away from anywhere we wanted to go. Not only was it less expensive than a hotel, but it had a more homely feel and we could actually cook meals. Mahalo for everything.
