Description of the Kailua Kona vacation condo rental
The condo is fully furnished with a tropical decor to enjoy. It has one parking stall for the unit, it is located in the second floor and only steps away from the ocean. Also the condo has one bedroom with a queen bed and entertainment system. The dining area has a table that sits 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen as a regular size fridge and microwave. It has the dishes you need, washer/dryer and amenities to feel right at home. The living room is fully furnished and has a futon that folds out to a bed. Smoking is allowed only on the patio area.
Area Description
The condo is located along Alii Drive which is central drive to and from all town activity. With the condo being minutes away from the shops, grocery store and other local hot spots- you will love it! The condo is on prestige ocean location with only a few steps from the waters edge.
Our location is along the same drive that the world famous Iron Man Triathlon occurs every October. We do have a housekeeper available upon request for an additional charge. The condo is in a central location to the heart of Kailua Kona town.
