This is the newest construction on Alii Drive. The location is what you have been waiting for. We are located at Kahaluu Beach Park, which is famous for the Best snorkeling on the Big Island. You are steps away from the calm waters of Kahaluu Beach. The snorkeling is so fantastic, due to the millions of gallons of fresh water that comes into the Bay daily. The 100's of species of colorful fish are abundant. You will swim with sea turtles every day. They love to bask on the beach and are always in the waters there. The Bay has a pavillion, snorkel rentals, snack bar and lifeguards. The bay is safe for children and there are no big waves, but for those who delight in surfing to the North, one can rent a board and catch a wave and even take a lesson. This beach has the best of everything.
For those who chose to relax, take in the view of the coastline as well as the aqua colored waters of the beach and sit back and enjoy the view. We had first choice of units in this new phase and ours is the best location. We have the second floor with views of the coastline as well as the beach. You will not be disappointed with the views.
Our condo is a 2 bedroom designer decorated villa with all the ammenities of home. We feature a granite counter kitchen, cherry wood cabinets, designer ceiling fans in every room, even one on the lanai, glass block and glass designer sinks. We even provide coolers, beach towels and boogie boards for our guests. Feel free to use the spices.
You will also have a washer and dryer in the unit.

The Keauheou Outrigger Hotel is directly across Alii Drive. They have wonderful historical grounds, ancient fish ponds. There is a great over the water bar and restaurant where you can come to relax and watch the sea turtles sit on the lava rocks and maybe see an eel or two. They also have a wonderful brunch, lunches and a great seafood buffet on Friday nights. Their consierge,Rebecca, is very friendly and loves working with us. She can get you some great discounts also if you ask.
You can walk to the hotel and take the Free open air bus. It takes you to the shopping center, 1/2 mile away. It also takes you into town and runs every 45 minutes. It is a fun wooden open air bus that takes you along the Ocean. Kids young and old love it. It is nice to take the bus into town for shopping or lunch and take in the sights along the way.
You are only a mile from Golf courses, Keauheou Bay which has all kinds of fun boat and raft trips. You can even try canoeing with the Keauheou Canoe club or rent a kayak for $40.00 per day.
There is so much to do on the Big Island. You will love your location and can do as much or as little as you want and never want to leave. Our guests tell us they can't wait to come back.

Our pool has a section for little ones that is only a foot deep. There are restaurants across the street. The Keauheou Shopping Center is less than a mile and has a Wonderful Saturday Market with hula dancers, and many booths with local food and produce. This shopping center also has restaurants, a grocery store, Longs Drugs, movie theatres, Dr's offices, gift shops, etc.
