Excellent location with beautiful drive along Ali'i drive ocean minutes from beach shopping,flea market,local shops and restaurants . Most importantly across the street from an awesome snorkeling beach safe safe for all ages! Condo is lovely,with necessary soaps for washing etc. only bring your own coffee as none there for your first day! Good price for what we got ,clean and renters follow up. Thanks to all.

"My husband and I just got back from a wonderful week in Cheryl and Randy's condo. They were exceptionally helpful in advising us on where to go and what to see as well as answering our specific questions about the condo and the complex. The place is just great! It was spotless and had everything that we needed easily at hand. I loved sitting on the lanai and watching the birds in the beautiful garden area and lounging by the lovely pool. There is a very yummy little coffee shop right by the complex for special treats in the morning and the walk to town is a comfortable stroll. Another thing that really impressed me was that the pictures tell the truth. You know how sometimes photos in ads can deceive? These absolutely do not. It is just as delightful as the pictures show it to be. We are already planning our next trip! No question that we would recommend this condo to friends and family. "

This condo had everything you would need as if you were at home. The owners have really done a terrific job on making it feel very comfortable. Chairs/cooler/towels for the beach. Kitchen had everything you could think of. You just need to bring the food. Had a great barbeque area with picnic tables. The view is terrific. Pool very nice. No problems with parking... close to downtown Kona to drive or walk.
