My spa getaway!"

I was definitely not disappointed when I walked in the door of my getaway week in your condo.Everything a person could want was provided for me and that made my stay very easy and convenient.My favorite thing was watching football on your big flat screen T.V. while lying in bed and being able to see the ocean and watch the sun setting.What more could a man ask for? Thank you again for such a relaxing place to spend my vacation!!!!

A Perfect Honeymoon place.
Our stay at the condo was our second time round. As usual, it was a perfect place to stay and feel like you are on vacation and in a home like setting all in one. We had access to everything at the condo that we would at home and the luxury of the relaxing lanai, pool, and barbeque area. One of the more memorable moments was watching the sunset and watching the spinner dolphins swim by. This stay was extra special because my partner and I got engaged. It will be a trip that will remain in our hearts and memories for the rest of our lives. Thank you to Neil and Shannon for the personal touches in the place. We felt as if our romantic getaway was as important to Neil and Shannon as it was to us!

Stylish, comfortable and affordable"

We stayed at unit 301 at the Royal Sea Cliff in Kona. This unit was perfect for us. It is wonderfully quiet, has a super comfy king size bed, elegant upscale furniture, a lanai with a view of the ocean and is surrounded by a lush garden. The lovely, private lanai serves as a covered outdoor sitting and dining room. There is a small, deluxe well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is large, modern and comfortable with a washer and dryer. This condo has is it all. There is even snorkel gear, boogie boards, bath robes, up to date guide books of the island and more. The complex itself is lovely and is built around inner lush gardens with waterfalls. There are two pools and a hot tub right on the ocean. The only thing I would have liked is a barbeque at the unit itself (there are barbeques in the pool areas). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are pleased to recommend it.

GORGEOUS Condo, Many Fine Details, Great People to Work With"
My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous Kona condo in July, 2009 for two weeks. We have been to Kona many times, and stayed in many hotels and different condos, but after staying here, we will never stay anywhere else again! Right from the first phone call, Shannon was fabulous to deal with. She recommended local attractions on the Big Island that we had never been to before. You can tell that Shannon has a passion for the Big Island. The condo had luxury furnishings and the bathroom was just amazingly nice. The snorkel gear came in very handy. The location was fabulous- we just walked down Alii drive to the main stretch, and didn't even use our car half of the time. We enjoyed the ocean view, and spent many nights chatting on the Lanai, or sitting on the fifth floor viewing area watching the spinner dolphins and sunsets. We would recommend exploring Waimea & waipio valley, taking a helicopter ride, parasailing in Kona, biking down the volcano, and definitely spending some nights at Bongo Ben's (a restaurant on Alii drive). Thank you, a million times over again to Shannon and Neil for renting us your condo. We appreciated all of the time you put in to making this the best vacation we have ever had. We can tell you love your condo by all of the details you put into it. I highly recommend it.

For my final novel"

The ocean front sea cliff, a place so fine that one could compose a final novel there. One where sea birds tell tales of the sleepy isle to the warm flower scented winds. The room is sublime, the fine granite flooring highlights the beauty of the many pieces of fine art. The facilities are very good, able to meet any need that approached me during my stay. The standout quality of the unit had to be the incredible ocean view from the comfortable lanai.
