Description of the Kailua-Kona vacation condo rental
This 2 bedroom + converted loft is located on the infamous Alii Drive on the Big Island of Hawaii.
The property is located within a beautiful gated community, across the street from the white, sandy beach; and a short 5 minute walk to downtown Kona-where you can find all the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment!
Each room has a panoramic ocean view (with the exception of the guest bedroom). The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a beautiful Polynesian-style California King sleigh bed. There is an attached master bathroom with dual sinks, and dual walk-in closets. The lanai is accessible from the master bedroom as well.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and has a detached bathroom with a shower/bath. The mattress on the bed is very comfy!!
The loft upstairs has a beautiful Elephant bamboo canopy bed. It is very comfortable, and also has a trundle bed that slides out from underneath it...perfect for the kids!
Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's with DVR cable television. The living room also has a large flat screen TV, DVR box, and VHS (if needed).
The condo comes fully equipped, and also has a washer & dryer within the unit, as well as (1) covered, and (1) uncovered parking space. It is located on the second floor, with nobody else above you.
The best part of this condo is the amazing sunset views from the lanai. Whether you're enjoying your first sip of coffee, or winding your day down with a tropical drink, the sea is before you, and so are beautiful sunsets~
Some of the other amenities within the complex include:
- A gym with exercise bikes, treadmill, and weights.
- A beautiful pool, and outdoor jacuzzi.
- Barbeque grils

Area Information
The area surrounding the condo is the beach, downtown Kona, and it is very safe to walk around day or night. There are many people who jog or walk along Alii Drive- both day and night.
Honl's Beach is right across the street, and some people like to surf, boogie board, or just go swimming. There is a wonderful snorkeling beach about 4 miles down the road at Kahalu'u Beach (where the Outrigger Hotel is)
The condo is a short drive to Walmart, Border's bookstore, Ross, and Long's drugstore.
