Beautiful 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath home with Pool is located just South of downtown Kona. Close drive to several popular local beaches, shopping, restaurants, more.
Fully Equipped home - kitchen is fully stocked with aluminum foil / plastic bags, all the utensils you need. Gas grill out back under covered deck area by pool.
Main Bed has King, 2nd Bed has queen, 3rd Bed has two full size beds.
RATES: $170 to $260 per night. (The rate calender above is an average). Add 11.42% HI State tax and a one time cleaning fee of $151.03.
Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum. Special rates may apply for Holidays or Ironman. Call or e-mail us for a quote.
Located on Ali'i Dr. in Kailu-Kona. 3 minutes from the center of town, shopping, restaurant row. Close drive to several well known local beaches, including Magic Sands, Kahalu'u (Turtle beach), and Hano's. Short drive to Keauhou shopping and movie theatres. A great base to see the island from, or stay home and relax at the pool.
