Beautiful 5 Bedroom 3 Bath home with Pool on private, mini-estate located in an established neighborhood just minutes from the center of downtown Kona.

Fully Equipped home - kitchen is fully stocked with aluminum foil / plastic bags, all the utensils you need. Gas grill out back under covered deck area by pool.

3 Bedrooms have Kings, 4th has two twins that can be made as a king, and downstairs 'cabana' has queen and 5 twin mattresses. Floor futons and cribs available.

RATES: $350 to $550 per night. (The rate calender above is an average). Add 11.42% HI State tax and a one time cleaning fee of $151.03.

Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum. Special rates may apply for Holidays or Ironman. Call or e-mail us for a quote.

Located in prestigious subdivision just minutes form the heart of Kailu-Kona- shopping and restaurant row. Close drive to several well known local beaches, including Magic Sands, Kahalu'u (Turtle beach), and Hanl's. Short drive to Keauhou shopping and movie theatres. A great base to see the island from, or stay home and relax at the pool.

* Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish. Extra refridgerator downstairs.
