Shogun Pool Home - Great Views, Close to Town

Just wanted to let you know that we totally enjoyed staying at your house these past 2 weeks. Everyone in our party had a great time. It was so nice that we never had to go out to buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent or dish detergent. I loved seeing all the papayas, bananas, limes and even a small pineapple growing in your yard. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The home was a good value compared to a resort. The pool was nice. Our kids used it almost every day. The abundance of supplies was fantastic. We have rented homes in Florida on several occasions and this house was wonderfully convenient, the supplies were abundant, the beds were comfortable, the view was great, and check-in and out couldn't be easier. The Shogun Pool house was a terrific place to stay for our week in Hawaii -- extremely well stocked, very convenient to everything, lots of room for an extended family. The kids loved the pool, the adults enjoyed having the grill and lanais available, and everybody made good use of the boogie boards and other gear you had available. We enjoyed our stay at the Shogun House very much. The house is beautiful. We loved the view. Everything from paper towels to toilet paper were all stocked up. The 2 washers and dryers were especially helpful as we had to do laundry everyday with the kids swimming and at the beach constantly. The stores were close, even the urgent care is just down the street. We had the best time snorkeling at Kahaluu park, which was very close. Overall, we would strongly recommend this place to anyone that wants to take a family vacation. We loved the location of the house. Nothing was needed in the kitchen area; it was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We never found a need we couldn't resolve with kitchen gear. And we did lots of cooking! The pool was very nice, it was great to beach in the am, come back and sit by pool in afternoon. Also very nice for kids to have a calm place to swim after wave bashing at beach. The house was great. Everyone in our group was very appreciative of how clean it was, their were a lot of supplies. I think the only thing we ran out of was laundry detergent, we just bought some more. The washer and dryers were a great help. The boogie boards were a huge hit too. The entire family had a wonderful time at the Shogun home. There were so many pluses that may seem small to you but are very helpful to visitors. To name a few: the beach towels, the boogie boards and other water toys, the paper products and plastic bags so we could make sandwiches, the spices, the laundry supplies, the amazing numbers of glasses and plates, the huge piles of bath towels, ice chest. I am glad to comment on our stay at the Shogun Pool Home. It could not have been better. The house was stocked very nicely. We loved having the pool... Our grandkids loved all the pool toys as well as the beach toys. It was great to have all the equipment there that we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. It was also great to have some toys in the house for the kids to play with and the high chair and playpens were life savers. We also cooked in a lot and used the BBQ's.
Also something that we didn't expect - there were wild turkeys that went through the yard every day. It was so much fun to see them. We also used the quiet sitting area - just off the back deck by the BBQ's a lot. We told our grandkids it was the secret garden story telling place and they loved it. Our family had a great time during our stay. We found the house very well stocked with all supplies, having the beach chairs to use was a big plus. We enjoyed barbecuing and being able to have everyone together at the dining room table and living area, very roomy. Certainly the price was a plus and so much better than a hotel.
