Description of the Kailua-Kona vacation home rental

Huge Oceanfront home in private Kona Bay Estates neighborhood located in downtown Kona. 30 ft. + Pool with ocean views, yard with lounge chairs, access to local beaches and parks.

We help with a SAFE financial transaction for BOTH sides : No damage deposits to worry with. SEE DETAILS BELOW for your safety . We NEVER NEVER ask you to wire money.

Master has King bed, 2nd & 3rd beds have queens, 4th bedroom has 2 twins. Huge master bath has jacuzzi and two person shower. Kitchen is bigger than most restaurants' and there is both a formal dining area and a breakfast area.

Exclusive Kona Bay Estates neighborhood has manned guard shack at gate, Fortune 500 neighbors, and convenient access to downtown and Old Airport Park: playground, jogging paths, beach, basketball gym, Olympic pool.

Entire home sleeps 2-10.

RATES: $575 to $775 per night. (The rate calender above is an average). Add HI State tax and cleaning fee.

Rates vary depending on season, length of stay, and number in party- kids stay free. No required stay (i.e. Friday to Friday), but we do have a 5-7 night minimum. Different rates may apply for Ironman & Christmas. Call or e-mail us for a quote. Last Minute discounts available.

We live, work, mail and bank within 4 miles from this home. TERMS: only $25 on bookings more than 100 days out, with 25% 90 and 60 days out. The balance of 50% just 20 days before arrival. We can also arrange an arrival payment.
